Removing and Installing the Hard Top - Excluding: Raptor

WARNING   WARNING:  When opening, closing, removing or installing the removable vehicle components, take care not to get your fingers or hands caught in the mechanism. Failure to follow this instruction could result in personal injury.
  1. Remove the roof panels.   See   Removable Vehicle Components
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Removing the Soft Top Trim Piece (If Equipped)

Make sure to remove the soft top trim pieces before installing the hard top.

Remove the three fasteners to the soft top trim piece on each side of your vehicle using the provided head driver and ratchet.

REMOVING AND INSTALLING THE HARD TOP - RAPTOR

WARNING   WARNING:  When opening, closing, removing or installing the removable vehicle components, take care not to get your fingers or hands caught in the mechanism. Failure to follow this instruction could result in personal injury.
WARNING   WARNING:  Do not remove or modify the B-Pillar brace or trim. Doing so could affect safety system performance, including safety canopy and front seat mounted side airbags, during a crash or rollover.

Do not remove or modify the C-pillar brace.

  1. Remove the roof panels.   See   Removable Vehicle Components
  1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.

Removing the Soft Top Trim Piece (If Equipped)
