TRI-FOLD TONNEAU COVER — IF EQUIPPED

Your vehicle may be equipped with a Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover which consists of different features:

    Easy Tri-Fold cover
    Tonneau fore aft locator
    Crossbar inside bed locator
    Front and rear clamps
    Stowage strap
    Locking capability

To remove the Tonneau Cover follow the following steps:

    Open the tailgate to access the rear pair of Tonneau Cover clamps located on the underside of the Cover (left and right side).

Clamped Position

    Slide the locking lever toward the outside of the truck bed to release the clamp and pull the handle downward into the Released Position. Do this for both the left and right side.

Pull Handle Downward

Released Position

    Holding the yellow bumper, push the fully released clamp to the center and pull up. Push the handle firmly, and listen for a clicking sound to confirm the clamps are in the properly Stowed Position.

Stowed Position

    Lift up on the third panel and fold it onto the second panel.

Second Panel Position

    Lift up on the second and third panel and fold them onto the first panel.

Third Panel Position (Tri-Folded)

    Once in the third panel position, repeat steps “1” and “2” on the front set of clamps.

NOTE:

When folding the second and third panels, the sections MUST be held together to avoid damage to the cover mate- rial.

Correct Folding — Hold Panels Together

NOTE:

Incorrect Folding — Will Cause Damage

Fold the panel gently. It is not recommended to allow the panels to drop under their own weight.

    Make sure to clip both stowage straps to prevent the Tonneau Cover panels from unfolding.

Fully Folded Tonneau Cover

    — Stowage Strap
    — Tonneau Cover Bumper And Seat

NOTE:

    Be sure the Tonneau Cover has been folded completely, and the stowage straps are engaged, before removing.
    You can drive the vehicle with a fully folded Tonneau Cover. To do so, make sure both front latches and both stowage straps are engaged. Damage to the Tonneau Cover or vehicle might occur if the latches or stowage straps are not engaged.

To install the Tonneau Cover follow these steps:

1. Position the folded Tonneau Cover on the truck bed and push the cover forward against the front of the truck bed. The Tonneau Cover centers itself when placed on the vehicle.

8. With two people, remove the cover.

    Slide the locking lever toward the outside of the truck bed and release the clamp, and pull the handle downward into the Released Position. Do this for both the left and right side.

Released Position

    Holding the lower end of the clamp, push it to the center and pull up. Push the handle firmly and listen for a clicking sound to confirm the clamps are set to the Clamped Position.

J Hook Under Truck Flange

1 — Fully Engaged Swing Lever

NOTE:

Make sure the J Hook (1) locates itself under the truck flange.

Clamped Position

    Disengage the stowage straps.

    Unfold Tonneau Cover to the second panel position.

NOTE:

The vehicle cannot be driven when the Tonneau Cover is in this position.

Second Panel Position

    Completely unfold the Tonneau Cover.

NOTE:

When unfolding the center and rear panels, the sections MUST be held together to avoid damage to the cover mate- rial.

    Repeat steps 2 through 3 for the rear pair of clamps. Tri-Fold Tonneau Cover Cleaning

For proper cleaning of the Tonneau Cover, use Mopar White- wall & Vinyl Top Cleaner and Mopar Leather & Vinyl Condi- tioner/Protectant.
