After taking these steps, contact a dealer to have the vehicle checked.

If you cannot unlock the fuel fill door, use the following procedure.

  1. Open the trunk.
  2. Pull the release cord toward you.
    • The release cord unlocks the fuel fill door when it is pulled.
  3. Open the fuel fill door.
