Fixing or Changing
a Flat TireIf a tire goes flat while driving, grasp the steering wheel firmly, and brake gradually to reduce speed. Stop in a safe place. If your vehicle is equipped with a Tire Repair Kit*, you can try to repair the flat with the kit. If your vehicle is equipped with a compact spare tire*, you can change the flat tire.
*Models with a compact spare do not include a tire repair kit.
