Apple CarPla
Connect an Apple CarPlay™-compatible iPhone® to the system. You can use the audio/information screen to make a phone call, listen to music, and more. Visit the Apple CarPlay™ website for more information.
- Phone: Access your contacts, make phone calls, or listen to voice mail.
- Music: Play music stored on your iPhone®.
- Maps: Display Apple Maps and use the navigation function just as you would on your iPhone®.
- Messages: View and reply to text messages, or have messages read to you.
Models with navigation system
Only one navigation system (pre-installed navigation or Apple CarPlay™) can give directions at a time. When you are using one system, directions to any prior destination set on the other system will be canceled, and the system you are currently using will direct you to your destination.
To prevent any potential issues, be sure of use an Apple MFi Certified Lightning Connector for Apple CarPlay™.
