It has been 5 months since i received letter dad 7/16/16 about passenger seat airbag recall. i have called 4 times, today being the 4th time and still no resolution is done and not even an estimated time when this can be rectified. very inconvenient. this should not take this long.

Takata recall according to my recall letter there is currently no solution and i will be notified when there is one. meanwhile, the suggestion is that i not have anyone sit in the front passenger seat. this inhibits my life and driving habits greatly; particularly in florida heat with no vents in the back seat.
