Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. while driving 25 mph downhill in second gear, the vehicle felt as if it were shifted into neutral and accelerated down the hill. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 31,000. updated 03/09/16*lj the consumer stated while driving down a hill, when the transmission was cold, he put the vehicle in second gear. however, it held back for approximately 10 seconds and then it felt as though the vehicle went into neutral on its own. updated 5/10/16.*jb

Truck will sometimes downshift unexpectedly from cruising speeds or when taking slow corners. this will cause lurches that are unexpected and scary. took the truck in to ford dealership and they told us the oss and vss sensors were not communicating and the molded leadnframe had to be replaced.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. while driving 65 mph, the vehicle lost power and failed to accelerate. in addition, the check engine warning light illuminated. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 25,000.

Driving down the road going about 45mph and lost power to gas wouldn't go over 30mph tool light came on then and number 1 warning light came on. let it sit for half a hour , turn back on and it must have reset it self p. drove back home which is 20 miles away and it did it again. i bought this truck brand new it only has 60k miles on it.

While driving and accellerating in a normal manner the vehicle will upshift properly until it reaches 4th gear and will not shift any further, even at freeway speeds of 65 to 70 mph for several miles no matter what i attempt to do. sometimes it will make it to 5th gear and remain there even though i'm not loaded down or pulling anything.

Driving appx. 60 miles per mile.the powertrain malfunction light came on power was reduced and i had to pull over, shut off the engine, then restart to clear the alarm(this is the second time this has happened) the ford garage can not find any thing wrong?because the alarm in cleared.

Vehicle experiences sudden & rapid power loss, deceleration and vehicle shuttering at highway speeds. occurs quickly and without any warning, presenting major safety issue as it has almost caused several vehicle crashes. at highway speeds this can result in severe vehicle damage and potential injuries. dealer attributes issue to be with the throttle body and has been a problem on a number of ford vehicles over the last 2 years. i have verified this by internet query. i have not seen or received any notification or recalls from ford on this or any other problems with my truck model. the vehicle in question is a 2013 ford f150 with the eco-boost engine.

I was parked on a incline with the engine off and the transmission in drive. i went to step out of the vehicle when it started to roll backwards. the truck was rolling backwards and the door was pushing me down the hill with it. luckily i was able to get back in the truck and stop the vehicle. another time i was parked in a parking lot with the engine off and the transmission in drive and after awhile the vehicle started to roll forward. after both incidents i asked my ford dealer and they stated that it was normal for the truck to roll when the transmission was in drive. the first time i could've been seriously hurt and the second time someone in the parking lot could've been seriously hurt.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. the contact received a recall notification for nhtsa campaign number: 19v075000 (power train). the contact stated that the manufacturer exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. philpot ford (1400 us-69, nederland, tx 77627, (866) 796-0839) was contacted and confirmed that the parts were not available for the recall remedy. the manufacturer was made aware of the issue and was not able to confirm when the parts were to become available. the contact had not experienced a failure. parts distribution disconnect.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. while driving approximately 35 mph, the transmission downshifted independently and the rpms increased. there were no warning indicators illuminated. the failure recurred intermittently. the vehicle was taken to a dealer where it could not be diagnosed or duplicated. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the vin was unknown. the approximate failure mileage was 32,000. updated 07/14/16*lj the consumer stated the transmission/computer was reprogrammed by the dealer. the problem recurred several times. updated 07/19/16. *jb

I was driving down freeway and went to exit and heard a sound with a warning light with advancetrac service and power steering default. i was unable to move my steering more than just a few inches left or right and stopped immediately. i had to get it towed to the dealership do to the steering was unable to function any longer.

I have some strange shifting issues with this truck ford has denied me a fix. as of now, it seems to be consistent with the split two-piece drive shaft "bump". (spline yoke needs grease) or tsb 14-0090 for the rear differential. it feels like sometimes you hit a bump but the road is smooth. drive shaft spline needs grease? also, very rough "clunk" when shifting from reverse to drive and vice-versa. second gear shuddering at times under slight acceleration. rough shifting random, but it happens from time to time. i've been to one dealership several times. i've contacted ford customer service for some assistance...the first time i got basically nowhere. this time, the representative from ford says she cannot talk to me at the times i am available. i feel like they are hiding the problems with refusal to "fix" the truck. i know i've read all over the internet this is happening to other f-150 owners. very frustrating and annoying. i've talked to a local area drive-train specialty shop. he said to bring it by and look at it for me at a cost. however, my truck is still within the drive-train warranty...but ford refuses to assist their very own customers. not a very happy customer any more. i just want my truck repaired permanently. oh, yes, the dealership did finally replace the front pump assembly in the transmission earlier this year, but that has not resolved the problem.

Brakes jump repaired but continued also skip when excelerating up hill

From time to time the truck starts to shake violently and have to pull over and stop.it shakes all the time from the rear between 45 and 60 mph. has been back to dealer 3 or 4 times with no results. the last visit i was told this normal, after some research there seems to be a lot of complaints about this.i have had this truck a yr and 1/2 put 10,000 miles on it because im afraid something is going to shake out of it.ford should be ashamed taking peoples money for trucks they cant use

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. while driving approximately 35 mph, the downhill assist warning light illuminated and the down hillassist engaged independently. as a result, the transmission downshifted and the contact lost control of the vehicle. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure. the approximate failure mileage was 6,800.

Tl*the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150 with eco boost. the contact stated that the vehicle started to switch gears without warning and jerk violently. the contact mentioned that when the failure occurred, the check engine light illuminated and the gauges on the instrument panel stopped working. the vehicle was taken to the dealer. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. the failure mileage was 49,000.

Driving in rainy conditions attempting to accelerate my truck started to lose power, shaking and check engine light started to flash. after getting out of traffic to pull over called my wife to bring me my o.b.d hand held found that i had codes p0300, p0304, p0305 and p0306 which is for cylinders misfiring . this is the second time this has happened in heavy traffic condition it could easily cause a traffic accident, does someone have to die before ya'll take action. my truck is at kenly ford in kenly north carolina and like the first time they play it off like i don't know what i am talking about and they always say they can't find anything wrong with it. please don't sit around and let this problem cost someone their life...... *tr

Regular morning, right as i was driving out of the parking lot, two alarms went off: "power train" and "service engine soon". at first i thought it was an error so i continued to drive out of the parking lot. not even 10 yards out, my truck began to jerk forward so i put on park and shut the engine off. i started again, attempted to drive back to my parking stall, and same thing happened. i bought this truck about 10 months ago and it only got 7800 miles on it. i haven't put any strenuous work load on this truck, mainly used for commuting so far. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. while driving approximately 50 mph, the vehicle stalled. the contact mentioned that the failure occurred only during rainy or humid weather conditions. the vehicle was taken to a dealer on three separate occasions where the six spark plugs, converter assembly, and nuts were replaced. in addition, the pcm was updated, but the failure recurred. the manufacturer was notified. the approximate failure mileage was 11,132.

On slow take off the truck has a vibration up to 5 mph. it does not happen every time unless there is something being towed behind it. *tr

My 2013 ford f150 xlt began flashing a warning saying service advancetrac. then it immediately begins flashing shift to park. the truck then begins to downshift causing a rapid slowing of the truck.. when i get to the side of the road to stop i hear metal on metal grinding noises from the engine compartment that i believe is the transmission trying to shift to park... the truck then loses all blinkers and flashers as well as all lighting on the instrument panel. i was able to drive it to a safe location off the road this time.. the truck randomly continues this and its been in the shop several times and they say nothing is wrong with it. i finally got fed up and began video of the dash display in order to document my safety and problems. this truck is 9 months old and has 14000 miles on it. it has done it again and all electrical systems would not reboot and left me stranded for a long time. we have been driving on i95 at 75mph during holiday traffic and it happened again and we literally thought we would be killed because cars had to slam on brakes to avoid our disabled car. it was even scarier since my 6month old daughter was in the vehicle then.we are at a loss because ford has completely ignored the problem and just assumes i will stop making them fix this at some point. i'm in a 1 car family and bought this to accommodate my new baby and have her a safe ride...this problem is dangerous and it is going to hurt or kill someone if its left unaddressed. [xxx] at jim hudson ford service has told me he knows its something wrong with it but ford will not allow him to fix it under the warranty terms for new trucks. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr

Engines runs rough especially at idle and other random times through the day. coolant loss continuing from new in july 2013 to present day may 2014. evidence of water in oil with milky residue in filler cap. no external leaks. dealer and ford say that coolant loss is normal and milky residue in engine oil is normal. ford will not authorize any repairs. *tr

unintended acceleration design defect in vehicles equipped with an electronic throttle control system . *tr

During acceleration to highway speed during rainy weather my truck exhibited a power loss. the check engine light started to flash and the engine looses power and the vehicle decelerated. this has occurred 2 times since i have owned this vehicle (since december 2013). i have the truck in the shop now for another issue and have informed the dealer of the incidents but have not heard back from them. *tr

Upon accelerating from a stop 4or 5 loud knocking sounds were heard and felt, and engine power loss was experienced. i let off throttle to reduce knocking sound, which sounded like turbo wastegate possibly, and engine shook and had reduced power for several miles. temperature outside was warm and dry. i had been driving vehicle for over an hour before problem. it has had reduced power and minor shaking before, but nothing like this. fortunately no other vehicles were coming. i do notice wastegate popping off on short, steep hills more lately. i have the ecoboost engine. have not been to dealer yet, but have appt soon. *js

While entering traffic, form a standing start, the truck accelerated fine until such time as it reached approximately 65 klm/hr. or approx. 40 miles per hour, wherein it lost power dramatically. it did not stall, or lose power steering, or brakes, but there was absolutely no power whatsoever to the drive train. none.this happened on a two lane highway, where the speed limit is 80 klm/hr. or 45 miles per hour. there had been on coming traffic headed west, and i was turning east, a left turn. the on coming traffic was a ways away, so i had lots of time as far as the east bound traffic was concerned, but upon making the east bound lane the truck lost power. there was a semi bearing down on me headed east, so i left the road. the semi passed me without incident, but just barely. once at the side of the road i noticed a wrench icon on the dash. i turned the engine off, waited a few minutes, turned it back on and was able to drive on. i live in ontario, canada. i have used my sister's address for your form. i hope you do not mind? *tr

My ford 150 v8 supercab at 32 miles per hour starts shaking the whole truck and vibrates. it does this regardless of road conditions and or gear the truck is in. it only goes away when you drop below 32 or go faster than 35. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. the contact stated that while merging into the highway, the transmission warning lamp illuminated as the vehicle failed to accelerate. the vehicle was taken to the dealer. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure and current mileage was 4,400.

I was driving in humble while it was raining and i accelerated to get over to the next lane. when i tried to accelerate my truck started to lose power and the engine light started blinking and the engine shuttered. i then let go of the gas pedal and pulled over and killed the truck. when i cranked the truck bank on the engine light was off and the truck drove fine. *tr

While making a long commute to portland or. from seattle wa., very early in the morning. it was a very rainy night, and i was trying to pass a semi who was struggling to go up a hill, as i pushed the pedal to pass him quickly, the truck shuddered, then lost all power and the check engine light was blinking. i avoided the truck and other traffic as i limped the truck to the side of the road. i then turned the truck off and it worked as it should. light stayed on for a week or more. i very easily could have gotten in a major accident that morning, and i still have issues with my engine light coming on all the time. off to the dealer i go. 2013 f-150 3.5l ecoboost. less than 1200 mi. on vehicle. not cool. *tr

We have taken this vehicle numerous times to fix the transmission and motor (eco boost 6-cylinder) the transmission does not shift smoothly, the vehicle lurches and has a lack of power/acceleration. the vehicle is in motion and experiences these problems both in city and highway driving. the nhtsa has hundreds of complaint and ford has received over 4000. the last time we took it to the dealer their explanation was: "cannot duplicate customer's complaint" this platform is faulty and somehow ford has been able to keep it off the radar. apparently ford does not know how to fix it and continues to deny that there is a problem.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150 ecoboost. the contact stated that when driving at various speeds, the accelerator failed to respond to acceleration attempts as the check engine warning light illuminated intermittently. the contact also mentioned that the vehicle erroneously decelerated when the accelerator pedal was being depressed. the vehicle was taken to a dealer but the technician was unable to diagnose the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified. the failure mileage was 3,400.

I took my 2013 ford f-150 with the ecoboost engine on a week long vacation down to south texas (approx. 1200 miles or 17.5 hours one way) it was sunny and warm the entire trip down and the vehicle ran great. however on the way back up to iowa in was raining as soon as we left and only let up raining for 20 min increments the entire way home. about 5 hours in we pulled off the interstate to get gas and eat. we got back in the vehicle and proceeded to get on the on ramp and return to the interstate. i was going about 40 mph with smooth acceleration when i gave my truck a little bit of gas to merge into the 75mph traffic. my truck did not move, instead it continued to go 40mph and revved up to redline. i had to let off of the gas completely and put my foot back on it and slowly climb up to 65mph. the truck started shaking horribly and my check engine light started to flash. after about 45 seconds the check engine light stopped flashing and the engine stopped shaking. i then could make very slight speed increments. i could not however step on the gas to pass somebody without the truck revving up to redline and shaking again. this happened every time i tried to accelerate quickly the rest of the way back (12.5 hours). the truck runs great until it is introduced to 70mph interstate driving in heavy rain for long periods of time. *tr

F150 2013 ecoboost. truck as a vibration at the speed of 25 to 30mph and again at 40 to 50mph and again at 55mph. if you press the gas pedal a little more the vibration stops or if you release the gas pedal the vibration stops as well, (only on those speeds) i' taken the truck 5 to 6 times to the dealer and they can't find the problem and that it is normal. *tr

3.5l ecoboost engine. went to merge on highway, pressed accelerator, engine stumbled, pressed further on accelerator, engine stumbled, loss of power, check engine light flashing, violent shaking when trying to accelerate to safe speed on -ramp, light went out after a period of 1 - 2 minutes. had to pull off side of road to avoid traffic as i was unable to accelerate. this was the second incident for this truck. ford engineering to my service department that there was no fix but they were aware of the issue. *tr

The truck i bought has been shaking since the day i picked it up and brought it home. at 55 mph the truck has a distinct wobble. it has been back to sharpnack ford twice for the problem and i was told they drove four other trucks on their lot and they all do the same thing. also they took the tires off of mine and swapped them with another truck with the same result. i was told they took the drive shaft apart and rebuilt it, still no fix. after two times back to the shop, i was told by the head mechanic that ford told him no more repairs will be done to this truck. i can see the bed wobble as i am going down the road and am confident this is where the problem is. ford is not willing to do anything about it claiming the frequency is within specification limits. i have also driven a 2012 and a 2013 and both of them do the same thing. i'm not sure this is a problem that will cause imminent danger to anyone unless you factor in the"road rage" someone will have after paying 45k for a brand new piece of garbage that the manufacturer refuses to do anything about to fix. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. the contact stated that while driving approximately 70 mph, the engine light illuminated and the vehicle would not accelerate. the contact stopped the vehicle on the shoulder of the road and was able to regain acceleration. the vehicle was taken to the dealer for diagnosis. the technician was unable to diagnose the failure. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the approximate failure mileage was 2,000.

During acceleration to pass a car, my truck exhibited a power loss. the check engine light starts flashing and the engine looses power and the truck decelerates. this has now happened 6 times in various conditions. in 3 instances the engine almost stalled. it continued to stutter until i put the truck in park, shut the engine off and restarted. twice, this has happened in chicago traffic while merging onto the highway and resulted in a very dangerous situation. i have taken my truck to the dealer 4 times but they say no computer codes were recorded. i have contacted ford but the regional customer service manager says she has never heard of anyone with this problem before. they refuse to do anything about it and told me to continue to take my truck to the dealer when these issues occur. my truck is now 9 months old with 13,000 miles on it. the most recent occurrence was in march of this year. *tr

After driving about 200 miles at 65mph in the rain, i accelerated quickly to pass a vehicle and my 2013 ford f-150 ecoboost truck seemed to lose power/stall and i could no longer accelerate. the engine light flashed for several minutes while this was happening and after several minutes (probably 2-3), power was restored and the engine light went off. *tr

Was accelerating entering interstate i95 north bound from an on ramp and suddenly my vehicle lost power and began to stall and shutter. the truck rapidly lost power plus speed and a tractor trailer truck almost ran in to the back of me. i dealt with this issue for the remainder of my 500 mile trip to nyc (and still dealing with this issue today now weekly bases). once back home i took the truck to the dealership who was aware of misfire issues with my truck model (apparently it is known by the manufacturer that the truck stalls and misfires issue and said i had all the latest updates however still today i experience stall and misfire mainly under hard acceleration. lately the issue has worsen and i am told by the manufacturer that there is nothing that they can of will do about it until they come up with a fix. this vehicle is a major safety risk period. i have asked the manufacturer over and over to correct the problem however they simply told me they don't have a fix for is as of yet. i am asking that you look into this and investigate my concern please don't wait until someone god forbid loose their life because this is a major safety concern. we need to be more proactive than reactive. the ford f150's equipped with the turbo eco boost engine is a major safety hazard it is just a matter of time before someone gets hurt and loose their life before something might be done - that is the sad part. please i beg you to look into my concern and follow up asap. just last night my vehicle stalled i have to constantly drive it cautiously. i only have less than 14,000 miles on the vehicle because i am scared to drive it - i don't want to sell it to no one else because i would feel bad knowing the major safety issues this vehicle has - i just can't bring myself to putting someone in a vehicle that could hurt them. please get behind ford and investigate this issue. *tr

I drove my f150 for a short distance of maybe 3 miles, shut it off, entered the post office for approximately 5 minutes, drove the truck across the street for a distance of maybe 1/4 mile, shut it off and went into a business for maybe 5 minutes. upon starting the truck to return home it would not shift into drive. i looked at the instrument panel and saw the rpms to be over 3000. i did not hear the engine revving due to ac blower noise. i checked the accelerator to see if anything was touching it and nothing was near the accelerator. i shut the truck off, restarted, and it performed normally. other issues: 1) several months ago the radio would not turn on while driving and when i shut the truck off the outside temperature display along with the date/time display was flashing symbols instead of displaying alpha-numeric characters. upon restarting the truck the display returned to normal and the radio functioned normally. 2) when applying full throttle the engine basically stalls which can be somewhat hazardous when entering an interstate highway with a short entrance ramp and heavy traffic. i mention all of these items because in my opinion they would point to computer issues on the ecoboost. *tr

I was traveling on the highway behind a truck towing a big camper. when i got a chance to try and pass him i got over to go around him and went to accelerate and my truck lost all power (check engine light started flashing) and i had to apply brake hard to slow back down to get back behind the truck. luckily there was not anyone behind me so i was able to get back over. i had to pull over and set and the check engine light finally went out and truck started running fine. i took my truck into ford and they say nothing is wrong with it. this is a 2013 f150 with the ecoboost 3.5 engine with less than 11k miles. i'm afraid to even drive it now. *tr

While attempting to pass a semi truck after driving a constant speed of 65 in arizonas humid monsoon season, under hard acceleration my f150 had a sudden loss of power along with a very strange shudder and loud revving sound. after i let off the accelerator and pulled behind the semi i was attempting to pass (due to on coming traffic), the truck ran normal. the dealership was unable duplicate the issue. the conditions were different the day of test drive and the truck was not driven at highway speeds for nearly as long. this could be a very serious issue that needs resolved immediately. *tr

At or aroung 500 miles on my brand new 2013 ford f150 svt raptor a message come up on the 4.2 incd lcd that read "check fuel inlet". i was at a gas station putting gas in my truck and while i was pumping gas i called harbin ford and spoke with a service rep. and told them what had come up on the lcd. the service rep. told me to open the back door and look under the back seat on driver side and there should be a white funnel looking object about 6 inches long. i pulled up at my home and parked my truck under our carport which has 2 open walls and another to enter the carport. on the north end the carport is supported by 3 steel poles which holds the carport up which is attached to our house. i placed my truck in (p) park and left the engine running, my mother was outside about 10 feet from my truck. and i thought before i got in my truck that maybe i should try the funnel deal mentioned earlier in this description. so i just opened the back door because the front was already open because i left my truck running and it was in the (p) position but i got the funnel and opened the fuel door and started sticking the funnel in and out repeating several times. and about the 2nd or 3rd time sticking the funnel in and out of the fuel inlet my truck acted like someone had placed my truck in reverse and it started coming in reverse. my mother seen this and she screamed at me to get out of the way and i just seen a opening between the doors and i somehow ended up in the driver seat and i hit the brake and to disbelief i looked at the driver side door and it was almost ripped completely off and the driver side fender was also crinkled up from the door catching on the last pole exiting our carport. i looked over at the auto transmission and the truck was still in park? *tr

I was trying to pass another car when my engine stalled. i was going about 45 to 50 mph when i went to accelerate around the car and my engine completely stalled and lost power. the transmission light appeared. it had been raining alot and was humid and wet although not actively raining at time of malfunction. i drive a new ford f150 v6 with ecoboost technology. *tr

While driving south on hwy 87 south toward southport, nc near sandyfield, close to the hyw 11 intersection, i performed a hard acceleration to pass a slow moving vehicle when i experienced a sudden loss of power immediately followed by shaking. if the vehicle i was passing was going faster than 50 mph i would not have made it around him. while i did not stop, i did slow the vehicle to under 50 mph to which the engine light stopped flashing as did the shaking. the weather was partly sunny with high humidity. road conditions were dry.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 ford f-150. the contact stated that while driving approximately 10 mph, the front end of the vehicle began to vibrate violently while the contact was hauling a capacity of over two thousand pounds. the malfunction recurred whenever the contact was driving 10 mph or less. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer, who was unable to duplicate the problem. the manufacturer was not notified of the defect. the approximate failure mileage was 1,600.

This is the 5th incident with the same problem, but worst now. i had this truck at the ford dealership on monday june 17,2013. they said it will be hard to diagnosis without a fault code. how is it they can tell me how fast i have been driving for the past month, but the inboard computer cannot tell ford technicians what is wrong.the engine cut off again for the 5th time, but this time it would not start. the instrument showed 2 icon's this time, a ( wrench and check oil ), i'm sorry but the wrench indicates i believe something to do with a rear end on a 4 x 4 truck, sorry this is only a 2 wheel drive vehicle. i tried the ( 2 ) recommendation in the instruction book and when turned the ignition to start it only tried for less than 3 seconds, then the power to the ignition went blank. i tried for 30 minutes, then called ford road side assistant for a tow truck, which was dispatched within a hour. i had already called ford friday june 21,2013 for an appointment for # 3 & 4 with the engine cutting off. i then called saturday morning and asking then for a better appointment, they gave me one for monday 6-23,2013 instead of tuesday 6-24-2013.i badly need transportation this next week, i'm going to ask ford for ambulance service this next coming friday june 28,2013, i am a disabled senior veteran and having hip injections next friday out of town at the veterans hospital and need a care giver, since i won't be able to drive after the procedure.ford this is beginning to be a very serious condition when driving and probably cause accidents very soon. lets get the problem fixed or order me a new truck because of north carolina lemon law. *tr

This is the 2nd time today , i've had this problem and is the 4th episode of the same problem. this is a flex fuel 2013 ford f-150.this is beginning to be a big concern,as stated i was only going about 10 mph, since i was in a shopping center getting ready to park. the engine usual cranks after i come to a complete start and turn the ignition off. i need this fixed asap. i've got a trip planned. *tr

This is the 3rd time that this new f-150 truck engine suddenly has cut off. i was at the ford dealership in belmont, n.c on monday june 17,2013. they said they could not find anything wrong. they then said they put in a new update code. i now have only drove about another 50 miles since monday. it cut off again while i was driving about 30 mph on a busy charlotte, nc street. i thought my nuckles were going to part since i had to control the vehicle and not cause an accident. i am schedule to take in back to keith hawthorne ford on tuesday, june 25,2013--there phone number 704-825-5186-service person- will *tr
