Replacing Light Bulbs

Headlight Bulbs

When replacing, use the following bulbs.

High Beam Headlights

Models with halogen headlights

Push the tab to remove the coupler.

Rotate the old bulb counter-clockwise to remove.

Insert a new bulb into the headlight assembly and turn it clockwise.

Insert the coupler into the connector of the bulb.

* Not available on all models

Models with halogen headlights

Push the tab to remove the coupler.

Rotate the old bulb counter-clockwise to remove.

Insert a new bulb into the headlight assembly and turn it clockwise.

Insert the coupler into the connector of the bulb.

uuReplacing Light BulbsuFog Light Bulbs*

When replacing, use the following bulbs.

Models with halogen fog lights

* Not available on all models

Remove the clips using a flat-tip screwdriver, remove the bolt, and push up the under cover.

uuReplacing Light BulbsuFog Light Bulbs*

Push the tab to remove the coupler.

Rotate the old bulb counter-clockwise to remove.

Insert a new bulb into the fog light assembly and turn it clockwise.

Insert the coupler into the connector of the bulb.

* Not available on all models

uuReplacing Light BulbsuFront Turn Signal Light Bulbs

Models with halogen headlights

When replacing, use the following bulbs.

Turn the socket counter-clockwise and remove it.

Remove the old bulb and insert a new bulb.

Models with LED headlights

Front turn signal lights are LED type. Have an authorized Honda dealer inspect and replace the light assembly.

When replacing, use the following bulbs.

Push the tab to remove the light assembly.

Push the tab to remove the coupler.

Driver side

Turn the socket counter-clockwise to remove it, then remove the old bulb.

Insert a new bulb.

uuReplacing Light BulbsuParking/Daytime Running Lights

Passenger side

Turn the socket clockwise to remove it, then remove the old bulb.

Insert a new bulb.

Parking/daytime running lights are LED type. Have an authorized Honda dealer inspect and replace the light assembly.

Door mirror side turn lights are LED type. Have an authorized Honda dealer inspect and replace the light assembly.

Not available on all models

uuReplacing Light Bulbs uBrake Light, Tail/Rear Side Marker Light, Rear Turn Signal Light and Back-Up Light Bulbs

When replacing, use the following bulbs.

Use a Phillip-head screwdriver or socket to remove the bolts.

Pull the light assembly out of the rear pillar.

Turn the socket counter-clockwise and remove it.

Remove the old bulb and insert a new bulb.

Slide the light assembly onto the guide on the body.

Align the pins with the body grommets, then push in until they fully seat.

uuReplacing Light BulbsuTaillights

Taillights are LED type. Have an authorized Honda dealer inspect and replace the light assembly.

Rear license plate light is LED type. Have an authorized Honda dealer inspect and replace the light assembly.

Models without SPORT mode

When replacing, use the following bulb.

Open the trunk.

Turn the socket counter-clockwise and remove it.

Remove the old bulb and insert a new bulb.
