Problems with 2008 Honda Accord EXTERIOR LIGHTING

I own a new 2008 honda accord ex 4-cyl. when the a/c is on, my headlights, running lights and tail lights flicker dim to bright approximately every 40 seconds while at idle and while driving. this is a major concern and should be corrected. i will contact all insurance companies concerning this. *tr

2008 honda accord. when the compressor comes on or the fan for the radiator the headlights and tail lights dim and then brighten back to normal. this occurs about every 30 seconds and is annoying as well as a safety issue. when driving on the highway at night with a car in front of you and the headlights blink the person may believe you are flashing your headlights at them. this problem is noticable to passengers as well. i have had many comments made asking why i do not get this fixed before some road rage occurs. i spoke to honda corporate and the dealerships and i have been told this is normal for the car, therefore there is not a fix available. this problem is all over the internet and do not know why nobody that can resolve the problem is. *cn

Headlights dim when the climate control kicks the air compressor on. occurs several times per minute and is distracting. dealer states is normal for i4 engine. *tr

When driving at night regardless of the speed, with the a/c on the headlights flickers intermittently. i have read other web sites that its been a problem for this particular vehicle and model. many have been to the dealer and have spoken to the manufacture which resulting as this is normal for this type of vehicle/model. this raises big concerns when driving at night, having your headlights flicker intermittently poses a safety hazard. please looking into this matter. the dealerships and car manufacturer's answer to this problem is not acceptable. *tr

Headlights flicker when driving at night when accessories (radiator fan, a/c compressor, etc.) engage and disengage. engine rpm is around 2500-3000 (highway speeds). this happens every minute or two, sometimes more often. taken to dealership twice and have been told that this is normal and that all hondas do it. we had a 2007 model as well that did not exhibit this problem. *tr
