I bought this vehicle from a ford dealership in 2011 and it has barely 76000 miles and since may 2019 it's been failing the break booster that's what the mechanic said and it's very dangerous i can't stop the vehicle even a lower speed, the break pedal is hard to press its very dangerous!! even having 2 kids on the car very unsafe to drive at this point. i hope you can help us

I went into auburn ford over a year ago and inquired about the airbag recall. the service manager informed me that none were available and then attempted to convince me it wasn't necessary. in june 2018, i received a recall letter telling me that as the parts come in during the second and third quarter of this year, i will be contacted for my airbag replacement. the letter even offered a free rental car if i was uncomfortable driving my current car. on june 12, i requested a car and was told no car was available and i would be called when one became available. i never received the call. now it is almost 2019, so i contacted auburn ford again only to learn that still no airbags were available for my car. ford has reneged on it's responsibility to provide me with safe transportation by failing to install new airbags or provide me with a rental vehicle. ford has ignored the problem by refusing to address it; thus jeopardizing the safety of the occupants in my car.
