We have classified the 213 complaints from 2003 Infiniti G35 about ELECTRICAL SYSTEM into the following categories.
Driver side window motor failed. window is stuck in up position. this is a safely hazard as occupant cannot use window as an exit from the automobile. *tr
Cd player stopped working, unable to retrieve cd's, error message. later radio and a/c controls went out. check engine soon light came on and speedometer not working. called infiniti in sarasota, was told to bring car in, i did. happened again within a few months, was told by infiniti they could not find anything wrong, they reset sensor. a few months later, radio went out again, a/c at 60 degrees, cannot lower temperature, cannot turn on/off from dashboard; radio works from the steering wheel only. problem caused battery to go dead, called aaa, was told something draining battery; told of electrical problems, advised electrical problem maybe the reason. once battery purchased, advised again battery may go out due to electrical problem draining battery. went online, found numerous complaints. called infiniti again, told my vin # may not be listed. cost approximately $1,200.00 or more to fix this problem. called infiniti/nissan corporate office, told my vin number not on recall list. informed them of problem, purchase of new battery due to electrical problem, and what may happen again regarding new battery. rep advised nothing they can do. told i can pay, and if a recall later with my vin number , i can be reimbursed with proof of repair with infiniti. as of this writing, i am still unable to turn on/off defrost, heater, a/c, cd player, cassette player, or radio; none of the controls on dashboard are operable. this is dangerous in so many ways in terms of road safety; defrost not working (unable to defrost windows for vision while driving); draining battery; hazardous due temperature controls that can cause a person to freeze while in my car, and a financial hardship. i pray an investigation initiated due to electrical problems by manufacturer, not caused by the consumer; that the resolution is fair and just for all, and not just by selected vin numbers only. *tr
I have a 2003 infiniti g35 that i purchased new. the problem is as follows: initially a/c would increase power and then decrease for an instant, and radio lights would flicker. as time went on, a/c would be stuck at full power, and entire center console does not function, but after turning car off & then on, problem would disappear. problem became more and more frequent, until two months ago, when problem is permanent. i have no power in the center console, and the a/c blasts continuously. the center console controls include the front and rear window defogger controls, which are useless now. i recently had to drive in the rain; condensation from our breathing built up inside the windows, and i was forced to use a squeegee on the inside of the windshield to see outside. i couldn't see through my rear view mirror, since the rear window was completely fogged up and i couldn't reach it while driving. this loss of function for the a/c and radio controls is a very common complaint with the 2003 model, and even extends to later years. infiniti covers a limited number of vin; otherwise, you have to pay approx. $1400 to have the work done, and from what i've read online, the problem may reoccur even if you do pay them for the repairs. *tr
1) no specific event - one day stopped working. 2) climate control panel failed in ac "on" mode at 66'f. cannot turn off. cannot access defrost/rear defogger buttons. creates unsafe vehicle as lack of defrost/defogger prevents driver from seeing clearly in certain weather conditions. 3) told by infinity consumer affairs that sedan vin does not fall into range of existing recall for ac/auto circuit board by nissan (infiniti). requires consumer paid diagnostic to determine what failure mode is causing problem. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infinity g35. the contact was driving 55 mph when the defroster, air conditioner and radio failed. the vehicle was not taken to the dealer but the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 140,000 and the current mileage was 151,000.
Our 2003 infiniti g35 sedan's a/c will not turn off. when we turn on the car, the a/c will start and the control console will not allow us to adjust the temperature. the whole control console is off, we can't even turn on the radio. we took the car back to the infiniti dealership and they were going to charge us $135 to take a look at it. i feel like it is a rip off. i check online and many other infiniti owners with similar models have the same exact problems. this is not a coincident but a wide spread defect that infiniti is not willing to fix. please help!!! *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35. the contact stated that the radio and air conditioning would activate independently and could not be turned off. the vehicle was not taken to dealer. the manufacturer was contacted and advised the contact that the vehicle was not under recall. the failure mileage was 42,000 and the current mileage was 65,000.
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35 sedan. the contact stated that the electronic console unit failed. as a result, the radio and air conditioning unit would not function. the vehicle was taken to an authorized dealer where the contact was informed that the entire electronic console unit needed to be replaced. there were no recalls addressing this failure. the manufacturer was not notified. the failure mileage was 129,000. the vin was unknown.
While driving in traffic, car dies without warning, dash sensor reflect slip, vdc off, check engine soon light up, drove less than mile and dies again suddenly, 3rd time happens next day in car and almost collision due to lack of control of steering and car stopping, car narrowly misses hitting me from behind, determine recall 03v455000 for this issue but infiniti states my vin # not registered to this recall, told by repair shop that it is cam sensors and infiniiti aware of problem but hasn't linked vins to recall, does someone have to die to get corrected???
First defect: when i would start my car the lights would go out and the radio, heating and cooling buttons. the fan would come onto high and switch to airconditioning. i could not turn it down or turn it off or turn on my defroster when it was 30 degrees in the morning which made my visibility very poor. the only way to get this to stop was to pull the fuses. we check the recall history and found that it was only a courtesy recall and wouldn't be covered even after reading that hundreds of g35 owners were all having the same problem. we had to have the radio electronics removed from the car and sent out to be fixed. i think this issue would be consisted a safety issue when you don't have heat or a defroster. second defect: the problem started while the car was idling and it would stall. then 3 days later while driving at 50mph the car tried to stall and it lost all power and then the dash lights came on indicating service needed. the car seem to lack power. did a recall check and found that all the conditions pointed to the cam shaft position censor failing. we checked the vin# and of course my car isn't one that is on their recall list for the same problem they have on other g35 models. this could be a serious safety issue causing an accident when you stall and have no control of your vehicle going down the highway. every issue i have had with my car has been on the companies recall list but not my vin # for some reason. this issue to need to reviewed and corrected. third defect: we have had to have the motor replaced twice in the drivers door that operates the electric window. now the right door window is not working. if it does open it will get stuck and we have trouble getting it to come up. we have to keep it locked to avoid it being opened. *tr *js
The air control on my car went out. the car's radio and air controls no longer work. the air is stuck on 72 degrees cool with a/c on. i was in kentucky at the time and unable to manage my temperature. car's interior windows fogging up, unable to control defrost or windshield air direction. problem still exists, when air is on at certain times windows fog up and reduce visibility. this is a big problem with infiniti owners. *tr
I have a 2003 infiniti g35. i have experienced complete fault on all dash controls (heater/ac, radio, cd, fan). when this occurred, the radio went off, the fan blower went up and everything else off. i could not control anything. it eventually went back to normal, but randomly occurs - always very inconvenient and not safe. i called infiniti because my neighbor that has the same exact vehicle had this problem months ago, and had it repaired at the infiniti dealership free of charge through a recall (which neither of us received -she found the recall online). infiniti told me they cannot repair my car because it is not part of the recall - and they mentioned the cost to repair is in excess of $1000. i ask why, if i have the same make/model as others that have been repaired, and because there are hundreds, perhaps thousands, of the exact same complaints online and other places, why would my car not be repaired? apparently their recall only includes '03 models manufactured prior to a particular date. how rediculous! this is a safety issue due to the inability to control the defrost and the windows can fog immediately, not to mention that the ac could begin blowing full force duriing cold weather, or not at all during very hot weather. the problem occurs randomly, and the driver has absolutely no control of any dash controls. it should be repaired free of charge without question! *tr
Tl*the contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35. while driving various speeds, the contacted noticed that the heater and radio would activate without assistance while in the off position. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where they stated that the audio finisher circuit board would need to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was approximately 140,000.
Window motor. *tr
The radio, heater ,defroster ceased funtioning, first intermittent the stopped functioning entirely,it is a safety hazard az defroster cant work and windows frost up,temerature and function cant be changed and blower is set where it cant work.this is a safety hazard. *tt
I was entering onto the highway and my entire defrost / ac / radio cluster failed. the ac came on full blast, replacing the defrost!!! i had to pull over and park the car due to the safety factor of not being able to run my defrost. the issue is the ac, defrost, and radio stack controls stop working. there is no way to get them to work once the problem occurs. there has been a recall on this for g35''s built in 2002 for the 2003 model year. my g35 was built in 2002 but when i called infiniti they said my ''engine is the wrong model'' infiniti needs to fix this thru recall as this is a major safety issue concerning the defrost. i can only imagine if my 17 year old daughter had been driving and the defrost went out. i could have been a very rich man at the expense of my daughters life. i have read where thousands of g35 owners are having the same issue. i don''t think any daughters life is worth the price to fix this already well documented issue. infiniti needs to step to the plate. they already know of the issue but have turned a blind eye. i envision infiniti getting blasted by law suits because this will kill someone. when that happens, infiniti will not have a leg to stand on. the issue is too well documented for infiniti to say they didn't know. *tr
The radio on my 2003 infiniti g35 coupe started going out shortly after i bought it (used). some day it would go out several times while driving. other days it would not go out at all. now the led display for the radio and the ability to control a/c, heat, defog, rear defrost, and stereo on the center dash is intermittently going out. i still maintain the functionality in the steering wheel for the stereo control, however, i simply can't see what station or track i am on. this issue is extremely dangerous, especially during the winter when defrost/defog are crucial. nissan has issued a recall, but only for the sedans, not for the coupes. i don't understand how they can do this!!! as a company i would not want the death of someone on my conscience due to my lack of integrity to stand behind my product. i am begging for your assistance on this because i cannot afford to fix this problem as the dealer is charging $500.00 for a temporary fix. they are offering no support. *tr
I lose complete control of my climate control which results in my a/c being stuck on. my radio controls are also gone. the whole center dash is in complete electrical failure. this is a hazard due to windows fogging up while driving. also i've researched that there are recalls only for sedans, i don't understand this because the same parts are in the coupes. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infinity g35. the contact was driving 25 mph when the defroster, air conditioner and radio failed intermittently. the vehicle was not taken to the dealer but the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 117,000 and the current mileage was 127,000. updated 01/06/12 *bf the consumer stated from the time is started happening, it was intermittent, until march when it went out all together. it is now stuck on a constant 74 degrees and nothing else on the center panel works. updated 01/06/12
1- battery drained every other day. 2- if the infiniti g35- 2003- is not in use for 1day the battery died. 3- i change the battery 4times in past 8 month!! 4- the ac goes to max and i can not turn it off, i was told this is due to the wiering and that is why the radio doesnt work either 5- if this is due to the wiering i am afraid that it might cause fire. 6- beside the wiering issue, unstopable ac, battery drainage every other day are health issue related since i have allergies and it cause eye tears and i cant see properly while i drive not to mention that i have had flue twice so far because i can not turn off my ac !!! i went through the infiniti website and saw many other infiniti g35/2003 drivers had same issue. please helpppppppppppppp. *tt
Air conditioning blasts at all times that car engine is running. no way to control, lower or change the a/c defroster, heat or defogger. radio panels are similarly "blacked out" meaning they are not within the control of the operator. multiple safety complaints have been issued regarding this problem and the dealership has advised similar owners it will be $4,000 to rectify this problem. this is largely a safety concern. i have notified my insurance company of this issue as when toyota's were recalled and people were injured it was the insurance company, (state farm) that realized the severity of the situation first. *kb
My problem relates to nhtsa standard no. 103, "windshield defrosting and defogging systems". i have read complaints to nhtsa from many g35 owners, only a few stating the unsafe driving condition created when they cannot turn on the windshield defogger. i cannot operate the windshield defogger on my car and have experienced fogging while driving in rain. i do not understand why my car's problem has not been addressed/investigated; i see no action from nhtsa, yet there is currently a general motors recall addressing the same problem with some 2011 gm vehicle defogging systems, nhtsa campaign id 11v149000 same as general motors safety recall no. 11057. as most 2003 model g35 owners know, the g35 recall (service campaign itb03-007b) for the "audio finisher" addressed only vehicles manufactured before august 2002; mine was made 3 months later. the problem i'm having is likely caused by a different electronic component, but the end result is the same: no defog/defrost operability. repair of the hvac/bose system at a local shop was quoted $250 minimum, an aftermarket stereo would require a special $200 dash kit in addition to the price a receiver, plus a special adapter to integrate the steering wheel control buttons. i called infiniti customer service to ask about a "good will program" for cars out of warranty, but that requires a dealership diagnostic, quoted at $140 with no guarantee they will replace the unit. the infiniti g35 is a car manufactured for sale in the continental us with this safety defect, and infiniti wants more of my money to fix it. not fair.
In my 2003 inifiniti g35 sedan my entire center console isnt working. ac/heat and radio. for the first couple months it would turn on and off and then about nov of 2010 everything stopped working. it would snow and i had no defrost or heat. still till this day nothing is working. *tt
The 3rd brake light (high mount light) only works intermittently in my 2003 infiniti g35 sedan. this is a safety hazard when the brakes are applied and the 3rd brake light does not light up. *tr
There is a known issue with the rear window brake light of the infiniti g35. in 90% of 2003-2004 cars, this issue is known to occur. a non-functioning brake light is a serious safety issue. infiniti has yet to issue a recall. later model years do not suffer as much from this issue. to make things worse, this is not a simple bulb replacement. the g35 has a fancy and expensive led system. a specific diode is known to go bad, which makes this more of a electrical system failure. *tr
The audio/climate controls on my 2003 infiniti g35 stopped working while my ac goes on full blast. can't turn it off. i have no control of my radio. called the dealer. they said it could be the radio ($900), the circuit board ($900) or both ($1800) plus tax. and that's on top of the diagnostics fee they will charge. infiniti service advisor told me that because it's out of warranty, it's just like a bulb going out. what a ripoff. . *tr
2003 infiniti g35. the radio, a/c, & heat controls go out due to a terrible mistake by the engineers in routing the radio and climate controls to one circuit board. living in the mid-west this is a huge issue because i cannot defrost my windows when it's snowing. infiniti issued a voluntary recall, but most likely missed around 90,000 cars. this is a large problem and they do nothing, it's a huge safety risk. *tr
Electrical control panel: heat/ defrost/ radio and cd/tape. intermittent operation was reported to infiniti dealer in 2008. at the present time (oct. 2010), the control panel is totally inoperable as of the beginning of october 2010. there is no way of controlling the ac/defrost/temperature. the audio/ climate system was inspected and confirmed that the circuitry has internal failure. this has posed a hazard since there is no way of controlling the defrost and fan to unfog the windows. there was a voluntary recall in 2004, however i had not been notified. several similar complaints have been blogged. dealer will replace unit for approximately $550.00 at owner's cost. however, it appears that it is a defect by the manufacturer. *tr
2003 g35 sedan central console a/c, selected lights, and audio controls stopped working suddenly. cannot control heat/defrost/air conditioning. caused windows to fog up quickly impairing visual field while driving on highway. this is very hazardous because of its unexpected and unpredictable onset. *tr
Infiniti issued a tsb about an audio finisher circuit potentially failing. meanwhile they did no recall or notified customers. the circuit controls all the hvac and radio control. meaning, when it malfunctions, you have no ability to use the defroster to defog the window. no control can be had of the system. it turns on the ac automatically and disables all controls. *tr
The vehicle hvac/stereo system lost power and quit functioning causing the windshield to fog up. the only way to see was by wiping the inside glass with paper towels. the system malfunctioned over the past months and now is not operational. *tr
Tl*the contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35 sedan. the contact stated that the center console controls malfunctioned causing the air to blow continuously and also causing all of the electrical components to malfunction. the contact took the vehicle to the dealer who stated that the center console needed to be replaced. the dealer did not specify what's caused the center console to malfunction. the contact stated that this was a safety issue because the front and rear defroster does not work in cold weather which impaired the contacts vision. the vin was not available. the failure mileage was 80,000.
Im having the same problem that thousands of others have with this same car, first the radio gos out then all controls for heating and cooling controls start to go out, now i have no control over my heating and cooling system. which is scary cuz now that its winter i cant defrost my windows and infiniti refuses to take responsibility for they're faulty system, warranty or not its a safety hazard!!!!! *tr
There is a defect in the 2003 infiniti g35 coupe models. the radio and climate control looses control and all indicator lights. the dash has no function as if there is no power, but does continue to function. the "auto/ac" indicator appears on the console letting you know that the car has taken the controls away from you. the a/c closes the vents to only circulate cold air on it's last setting. with all functions turned off, the dash turns itself on to the same setting without any manual operations. the radio volume nor channels cannot be changed (other than from the steering-wheel) and the air conditioning is stuck on the last setting and cannot be changed without turning the car off. is this caused by a defective control board? the local dealership claims they've never heard of this happening. also the car tends to lock on its own. standing outside to get gas and you hear the doors lock, sometimes before you can walk around the car to the gas pump. *tr
Electrical problems in 2003 infiniti g35 causes complete loss of climate controls including front and rear defrosters, audio controls also fail. infiniti issued a recall but onlyvehicles manufactured before 8/2002 were covered. my vehicle was built in 12/ 2002. *tr
The auto a/c pops on all by itself, disabling the entire dashboard controls. the radio lights and buttons no longer work, the fan or temperature cannot be adjusted, and the defrosters cannot be used. the dealership concluded that the entire radio needs to be replaced, a problem that is so common on these cars that the rebuilt radio part to fix it is often backordered. once again it appears that good 'ol infiniti/nissan has issued an inferior tsb for the problem that does not include the scope of vins affected by this problem. so if you don't die from your defective crank shaft sensor stalling you out at 65mph, be sure to watch out from crashing from the fog on your windshield because your defroster won't work. *tr
The a/c became stuck on automatic - blowing air, center console buttons stopped working including all heating/air conditioning/defrost buttons, as well as controls for the radio and cd player; the radio controls only worked thru steering controls. this was an intermittent problem for about a year, then the controls froze permanently, with no access to center console buttons to control heating, cooling, defrost, etc, with no access through the steering controls to radio. eventually, the radio stopped working as well. still no access to center console heating, cooling, and defrost controls. no way to defrost or defog windshields! *tt
I have a 2003 infinity g35 coupe my radio does not work and have lost all control of my heat and air conditioning i believe this is a really big problem do to the fact that i cannot defrost my windows when they fog up. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35. the contact was traveling 45 mph when the radio and temperature control console failed. the vehicle was taken to the dealer. the dealer confirmed that the audio circuit board needed to be replaced. the manufacturer was contacted. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 80,000 and the current mileage is 137,000. updated 06/28/12*lj the consumer stated a campaign was released by infiniti to repair other 2003 g35 infiniti's with the same problem. the radio and temperature control console failed due to an audio circuit board which did not operate as expected. the consumer's vin was not included on the campaign. updated 06/29/12*jb
While driving my 2003 infiniti g35 in the highway the radio made a click and remained silent followed by the ac automatically coming on at full power. the dash controls can no longer be accessed . at the time it is bothersome but in certain situations the car is at danger. if this was winter everything would have fogged up and wouldn't have been able to use the defroster . i have researched this problem and there other owners with the same problem .this problem is electrical and is very dangerous when taking it into context. there was a voluntary service campaign for the audio finisher circuit board but it only included 23600 cars. infiniti should be responsible for this and cover the cost. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35. the contact stated that the controls for the radio and air conditioner/heating system failed. the vehicle was taken to a local mechanic who was unable to diagnose the failure. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure who did not offer any assistance since the vehicle was not included in any recalls. the vehicle was not repaired. the failure mileage was 105,000 and the current mileage was 115,000.
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35 sedan. the contact stated while driving at 65 mph, the air conditioner fan independently activated and caused all the windows to become foggy. the contact moved off the roadway and opened all windows to clear the condensation. the dealer advised that the radio and air conditioner circuit malfunctioned which caused the fan to activate and fog the windows. the dealer advised the failure was not a safety issue and the manufacturer would not be responsible for the repairs. the contact stated the failure was very dangerous while driving on the highway and could potentially cause a crash. the failure mileage was 32,400.
On my 2003 infiniti g35 coupe, the a/c started blowing on high no controls. the radio won't work. *tr
I just bought a used 2003 infiniti g35 a few months ago. i believe i am the fourth owner. it has run immaculate until the last couple weeks. for some reason the air conditioning system takes itself into auto mode and the radio lights go out, along with the rest of the lights on the panel that control the ac functions. i cannot use any of those buttons to change anything. the radio continues to work and i can still use the steering wheel controls to adjust the radio, but i can no longer see the lights that tell what station it's on nor adjust anything from the panel. the ac goes out of manual mode into auto mode, which if i understand it correctly, auto is a normal function, adjusting itself to maintain whatever temperature you have it set at, but the fact that i cannot change it back to manual mode, nor anything else on my own after it goes in that mode, and turns out the panel lights, makes me think this is not right. thank god it is defaulting to on as it is summertime and over 90 degrees outside, but still gets very cold and is loud at full blast. however, if this were winter months, this would be a safety issue as there would be no way to defrost my windows and obviously cause serious discomfort in having freezing cold air blow on you in the middle of winter. i have seen several other complaints/technical services bulletins about this on mycarstats.com and wonder if there is already a recall on this. some folks have stated something about a voluntary recall relating to the circuit board... others have stated a voluntary recall for the equipment relating to this but only included the recall on certain vin numbers. i haven't yet called the manufacturer, which i will do, but am hoping that this is covered by the manufacturer as in my opinion it is a safety concern and has been complained about by several infiniti owners. *tr
My 2003 infiniti g35 sedan has a malfunctioning 3rd brake light. the light has stopped working on my car a few months ago. when i informed the dealership, i was told that they could fix it for a fee. i have spoken with many owners of this car on forums and in person, and many complain of the same problem. the 3rd brake light works intermittently or not at all. i think this is a manufacturer defect but infiniti does not agree. my model does not have a spoiler. this is a safety issue and many owners i spoke with feel this is not something that they should pay for. *tr
I bought this car used, should have checked this site first. i now have to replace my brakes once a year because they wear prematurely. that is a $1000 job. only have has the car for 3 years. last year in 09, the cd player stopped working with 6 cd's stuck in the changer, i had nationwide infinity look into this, when they said it would be $1400 to fix, but my year car has these problems. so i said forget it, i do not have this kind of money sitting around. then couple months after that, the radio would shut off by it self a couple times a week and come right back on. then just the other day, being june 5th 2010 my radio would not come on at all and i now have no control over my air condition. it is stuck on 70 full blast. now wasting a ton of gas also. i called nationwide to make an appt, when i discussed the issue, the service advisor then said " let me guess, 2003 g35" i said oh, so you know this issue, he said yes we see it all the time, your looking at !600 to fix! i then call infinity headquarter to file a complaint to have them take care of the issue due to it being a known issue with no recall. im a single mom, so not have this money laying around. i think its a huge safety issue due to me not having any control over the front or rear defrosters! i am contacting all local news stations to get some help! *tr
2003 g-35, a/c and radio have gone out, many many others are experiencing this problem - safety hazard - defroster does not work, hundreds of postings by owners regarding linking of these two systems. there should be a recall on this. with the economy the way it is many owners do not have money to do this very expensive repair. *tr
Tl* the contact owns a 2003 infiniti g35 sedan. the contact stated that the radio would fail intermittently and was draining the battery constantly. the vehicle was taken to the dealer but was not diagnosed for the failure nor repaired. there were no recalls for the failure. the manufacturer was notified who offered no assistance. the failure mileage was 195,000.
There is an apparent known defect in the 2003 infiniti g35 models. the radio and climate control will apparently lose all indicators, as if there is no power, but will continue to function, staying frozen on at their last settings. the radio volume or channels cannot be changed and the air conditioning/heater,etc. are stuck on their last settings and cannot be changed without turning the car off. this is caused by a defective control board behind the dash. infiniti/nissan is aware of the problem, and has issued a voluntary service campaign (# itb03-007b) to repair the 26,300 vehicles listed by vin # on the service bulletin. this is a hazard , as in the winter, the front or rear defrosters cannot be turned on, or the air conditioning turned off, causing a hazardous driving condition. infiniti says my 2003 vin # does not fall into the bulletin parameters, (vin # is higher), and they will not cover the repairs, even though it is the same problem. infiniti states the cost to repair.........$2600.00. it is apparent that the bulletin did not go far enough to cover this defect on a larger quantity of vehicles than infiniti wants to admit. *tr
I have infiniti g35 and have had the same control problems with the radio/ac/defrost /fan controls. i know there was a recall in 2003 that was not mandatory but stated dealerships should replace these circuit board units as a safety concern and for the safety of their customers. the dealer ship..inskip- warwick ri - claims my car does not meet the problem and it is my radio that needs replacing for $900 even though my radio works through the steering column and i can control sound, modes and stations. how can it be that it is the radio and not the circuit board which they admit is an issue in other g35's. this is obviously a safety issue, infiniti has sent recall regarding this, the dealership admits there are problems with boards and yet they will not replace these units....i feel something needs to be done as it is impossible to control defrosting during the winter months. will it take someone to be injured or killed to get some action. *tr
