We have classified the 212 complaints from 2013 Nissan Sentra about POWER TRAIN into the following categories.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION 1

Recently reported POWER TRAIN problems on 2013 Nissan Sentra

While driving, my car began to sound different and lost power ( no matter how much gas peddle applied the car wouldn't move forward or backward) i later discovered allegedly it was the transmission. checking with my resources i further suspected the transmission was recalled. i contacted carson dealership ; they said i should bring it in to be diagnosed. i called their complaints department and asked if they could help me my 7 year old sentra (which i'm still making payments on) power train should not be in failure. the representative listened and stated ' they couldn't help because of the amount of mileage on the car.

Second time this has happened, purchased the car brand new from midway nissan, 11/2013, then 07/2014, while driving the car, it completely stopped on us. the transmission had to be replaced at faulkner nissan in pa. once again driving on a major highway in md, with heavy traffic, the transmission gives out, these results were slightly more hectic. my wife has epilepsy and went into a seizure because we were in heavy traffic. i was able to get the car off the highway onto the size of the road. had to leave the car in md, get a rental car from bwi airport, drive back home to pa, my mother and her friend, who was released from the hospital after a stroke had to drive to md, in order for me to use his triple a car to have the car towed from bwi back to harrisburg, pa. my wife drove back with us to md because we needed to make sure my mother almost age 70 and her friend in his 80 was ok. this was a nightmare because mr schull, the triple a member needed to eat and with all this commotion near choked while eating. this is absolutely intolerable. nissan is putting faulty transmission into vehicles. this is serious, work is being missed and a second transmission. nissan needs to be held liable for this. i am reporting this and will also call and file a complaint with nissn today.

Driving on my daily commute to work a a few times a day at random times my sentra suddenly loses acceleration on a 4 lane expressway at speeds of 60mph+, it makes a loud revving noise, and decelerates at an alarming rate with no brake lights, and is an accident waiting to happen, i've been through this twice before and it's the beginning stages of powertrain slowly going, this will be my 3rd transmission and only gets more dangerous and worse from here and yet nissan doesn't want to admit that it's slipping and bucking and would rather wait until something bad happens to fix the problem if at all. 2013 nissan sentra with only 111k... this will be my 3rd transmission.

I was on a city street. after stopping (i was stopped) at an intersection, i then pressed on the gas to turn left into the lane. at that time, i heard a loud 'pop' which startled me. and though the car was in gear ('d'-drive) it would not move forward. i shifted to reverse to see if it would move in that gear. i felt the gear engage and the car did move in reverse. i shifted back to 'd'- drive but i did not feel the gear engage nor did the car move forward at all. in addition to the failure of my transmission, i was doubly bothered by the fact that there was never a warning light on the dash to signal a pending or potential problem.

The check engine light keeps coming on due to the same air flow problem. every time car is scanned the code comes up as the mass air flow sensor. i have replaced this sensor. my vehicle would not accelerate over 20 mph. my car also idles, jerks when placed in park & has decreased fuel efficiency. the car began to violently shake, was unable to accelerate while on the highway. car rpms increased the car did not move. traffic rapidly approaching behind me.

Been complaining since 2016 about shuddering if car and loss of power. i've had an acceleration issue causing an accident in 2016, reported it to nissan dealership. they ssid i was crazy under 28000 miles at time. have complained since now in oct 10 going on pa turnpike at posted 70mph llost all power almost causing a major pileup! transmission had to tow vehicle off highway then again tow it back to dealership costiing me over 500.00 in tows mileage under 48000. kow they say i need transmission out of warranty must pay 4000.00 to repair it !! this car has been a deathtrap and should not be allowed on the road.. i want the govt to make nissanusa pay for all my repairs towing and get a lifetime warranty. maybe then theyd fix car right !! im afraid to drive it. ive been on 2 major highways one city street when this occured. interstate 5279 and pa turnpike then a pgh city street . i'm just grateful i am alive a d others were not hurt this past oct 10 2019.

On 10/01/19 my nissan senrta started experiencing jerking and revving which has been continually getting worse. on 11/01/19 an appointment is made to have a transmission evaluation with full expectation of replacement with new transmission.

Driving highway speed the transmission cut out, rpms rev'd up and speed dropped even with full gas pedal pressure. pulled over safely, placed car in park and restarted driving. minutes later the same issue happened. sudden drop of speed on highway is not safe and nissan should step up and be responsible for repairs. so many issues with the 2013 cvt i don't understand why they don't step up to offer extended warrantee offers like in the earlier years. this is my daughter's car and she will not be driving this while this car is unsafe to operate. such a shame as she saved her money to buy this pre-owned vehicle and the thought of replacing the tranny this soon is very upsetting.

Rpm shifts up and down as speed goes up. alredy had issue when the mileage was over 65000 and had to fix the whole transmission because the car won't speed up over 10 mile. now the mileage is at 120k and its starting again. can't drive the car!

Cvt transmission failed with no check engine light or warnings. after 30 minute drive on freeway came to a stop at a turn off. went to cross oncoming traffic with plenty of space and transmission would not catch and moved extremely slow. cars came at speed and had to slam on brakes to avoid collision. transmission needed replacement and was not covered under warranty of any sort.

Driving home the other night and when i got on the highway the transmission failed. first it started revving really high and not shifting, then it stopped working all together. no matter how hard i pressed on the gas it would not go. it was very dangerous to be stuck on the highway with a car the would not go. fortunately i was able to crawl to an offramp and onto a side street. i had to have towed to the nearest dealer. after examining it, they said it was making a wining sound and had to be replaced.

The car will not accelerate at a stop light, or when i am trying to make a turn, it will not properly accelerate, even if i hold down the accelerator all the way down, and then it will jerk and accelerate again. on highway, it will suddenly lose power: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gxr7e0qwoka this is what happens to my vehicle, if i press on the accelerator all the way, it does not accelerate and instead only goes up a bit of rpm and doesn't go up all the way.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan sentra. while depressing the accelerator pedal, the vehicle moved very slowly. the vehicle would not exceed 50 mph on the highway and jerked. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic where it was diagnosed that the transmission needed to be repaired. the vehicle was not repaired. the vehicle was taken to giles nissan lafayette (6137 johnston st, lafayette, la 70503, (337) 210-9000), but the cause of the failure could not be determined. the manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that they would pay half for the transmission repair. the approximate failure mileage was 83,000.

Transmission - acceleration will suddenly cease / rpm's will be stuck at 2500 but car is only going 30 mph. very unsafe when i tried to pull out into traffic and car cannot get up to speed no matter how much i push accelerator. very concerned nissan is not addressing this prevalent issue with 2013 sentra's. my kids drive this car!

Transmission went out at 67341 miles

For the past year or so the car has been jerking when it changed gear, but until recently the transmission gave out completely, the car is only a 2013 nissan sentra. i have maintained the cars regular maintenance . i am still paying on the vehicle and i cannot afford to pay the cost of the transmission replacement, i need to know what my options are with nissan in regards to warranty or recalls on the car for the transmission, or any assistance to to fix my car. being that it's a fairly new vehicle it should not have a faulty transmission, it only has 71,000 on it. i am a college student and work and need my vehicle. please contact me at [xxx] or [xxx] information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tt

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan sentra. while driving various speeds, the vehicle would not immediately accelerate when the accelerator pedal was depressed. the vehicle was taken to trophy nissan (5031 n. galloway ave, mesquite, tx) where a tune-up was performed, but the failure recurred. the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who diagnosed that the transmission was faulty and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was notified of the failure and did not assist. the failure mileage was 80,000.

I experienced rpm increasing and decreasing while driving. while this occurred i also experienced the car jerking as if it was having trouble trying to accelerate. eventually it stalled and started going in reverse only. when i turned it off i got the check engine light come on. i didnt want to risk further damage so i had the car towed to a mechanic. he determined that the transmission was faulty and needed to be replaced. he quoted me $3500 to replace it with a new transmission directly from nissan

I took my 2013 nissan sentra in to my auto mechanic (who has been my mechanic for 25 years) because it was shifting roughly and slipping. my mechanic informed me that the cvt transmissions have had problems and recommended i take it to the nissan service department and hopefully, nissan would either cover the cost or cover part of it. i had the car towed to pinnacle nissan, who has serviced kit in the past. they updated some codes but said the transmission was still slipping (this was on a friday). they said they would drive it and see if they could determine the problem. i got another call monday morning, saying everything was fine. i could not get a straight answer as to why it was slipping friday afternoon but "fine" monday morning. i tried calling nissan corporate for some help with the cost to replace the transmission and was told it was my problem. so, the car was still driving exactly the same and, at one point, would not shift! i was nearly rear ended and, fortunately, happened to be close to my auto mechanic. the transmission finally "caught" and shifted so i was able to get it to my mechanic's. he replaced the transmission but it cost me $4200!!! thanks, nissan, for the faulty transmission and for lying to me and for not helping me at all! so, after paying $4200 to replace my faulty transmission, i asked my mechanic to also look at my ac, which was not working well. i live in phoenix, where it is 115 in the summer, so the ac is pretty crucial. i was hoping i just needed a little freon. nope. yet another design flaw from nissan, i had to replace the compressor, the condenser, and switch. so, i have poured $5300 into a car that's worth about $5700! i bought this car in good faith, believing that nissan is an excellent, reliable brand. i am so disgusted i can't stand it!

On 07/09/2019, while driving at highway speeds of 60 mph - 65 mph, traveling up a slight overpass, the cvt transmission on my 2013 nissan sentra sl shifted, to what seems to me, to be, the 1st gear. the rpm immediately shot up to 7,000 rpm. i immediately released the accelerator, but it continued to rev around 5,000-7,000 rpm. i was lucky the vehicle behind me swerved to avoid hitting me. the torque alone brought my vehicle to 40mph, i came to a stop, placed it in park, and turned of my vehicle on the side of the freeway. this occurred at the junction on interstate - 45 south, on 2nd right lane for exits to 610 - east and west. this incident occurred within .5 - 1 miles of these coordinates on i-45 south: 29.820626, -95.378574. this issue occurred again on the same day traveling north on the airline hov lane. i've attached a screen shot of a video i was able to take during the second incident of the that day. vehicle in motion at high speeds 60-65 mph in houston tx on interstate-45 south. the vehicle was traveling up a slight over pass. however, this same issue has occurred on a flat road traveling at lower speeds in situations of stopping then accelerating to higher speeds (35 mph or 45 mph). it's sluggish to shift gears with a jerk motion when it finally does shift. the unsafe condition was introduced when the transmission caused my car not to accelerate on the houston high, in a situation where cars are merging or switching lanes to take exits. i spoke to a local nissan dealer, and they invoiced me at $4,000-$5,000 dollars. i inquired a bit more, and they let me know that i'm "lucky," as they have had sentra's come in with only 30,000 miles. i also spoke with nissan customer affairs, explained the issues to see if there was any warranty i was unaware of, but none. sentra sl, 91,480 miles. (issues with transmission occurred even at 39k)

Transmission shifting on its own. accelerate and decelerate on its own. gear not fully grabbing.

The transmission has approximately 88k miles and in the last 10k the transmission has been skipping gears, having progressive difficulty shifting up and downhill; there's jarring and jerking when accelerating and de-accelerating. it most often happens on declines inclines stops during driving, and traveling at highway speeds. i've seen that many 2013 nissan owners experience similar issues

These are all of the problems i'm experiencing; loss of power, transmission jerking, transmission slipping, cvt coolant hose leaks and failures. all of these problems happened when i was in motion on major highways and my car couldn't go over 35mph. not only was i endanger my child was also in the back seat to do the fact my car could not accelerate at all!! i've been experiencing these problems for some time now but the loss of power was the last straw. and then i start doing research on my car and find out nissan has had problems with the cvt transmissions and i want to know why their isn't some type of recall on these unsafe vehicles. its a danger to my family and the other drivers on the road because you never know when it is going to happen!!!

My daughter owns a 2013 nissan sentra ctv. her vehicle started driving slow, jerking in the steering wheel while all driving. it would accelerates but move very slow. the mpr would rev up but obo wouldnt move. nissan dealerships inspected it and stated it would be 4500 to fix. unfortunately, we had it fix. her car only had 69000 miles at the time we had ot fix. this was a great deal of a financial hardship.

Car would not accelerate past 50mph with foot all the way down. rpm was bouncing al over the place and car was being very jerky at lower speeds on freeway. as soon as i reached about 40mph the rpm needle did not move at all while getting to 50mph. this is the third time in a year that my transmission has had issues.

Vehicle stutters and jolts when needing to accelerate quickly. rpms shoot up to 7-8 on inclines at 60-70mph when cruise control is engaged. vehicle stutters at slow accelerations after stop signs and red lights. on 2 separate instances, while in motion, vehicle revs to 4+ rpms but is unable to accelerate past 40mph. vehicle has 77k miles and is current on all services. took to nissan dealer and they diagnosed a failed transmission with repair of $4800.

When driving down the major highway road rpm will go all way to 6 then back down to 2 back and forth and the car will jerk without me pushing the gas and usually going at normal rate of speed , transmission is slipping and a jerking , sometimes when coming to an intersection the rpm hand would go up to 6 without warning , almost propelling me on thru the intersection very dangerous , i am afraid for my life while driving my car and i am very disappointed in this problem

Driving on the highway and the car wouldn't accelerate. the car was jerking while trying to accelerate. we were able to get it to a dealership, and we were told the transmission had failed. the labor and part cost us $3,800. please investigate these transmissions.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan sentra. while driving low speeds, the vehicle stalled intermittently. there were no warning indicators illuminated. the vehicle was towed to town center nissan (2310 barrett lakes blvd, kennesaw, ga 30144, (770) 423-9691) where it was diagnosed that the transmission and gear shift needed to be repaired. the vehicle had not been repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 56,000.

We bought our 2013 nissan sentra in 2015 from a nissan dealership. the price tag was somewhere around 20-22 grand. i was expecting that we would be keeping this car for 10+ years. unfortunately, nissan failed to tell us about the cars failing transmission when they sold us the car. while driving on a daily basis, the car would oddly pull. but when test driving the car we were assured that this was normal and caused by the cvt transmission. 3 1/2 years later while i was running a normal errand in town, the car failed to accelerate. i tried pulling out into traffic on a heavily trafficked road and had to swerve to the side of the road because i was pressing on the gas and it was not accelerating. i managed to get the car to move again, but i slowly drove on backroads to get the car to the nissan in our town. once there, they did a diagnostic test to see what is wrong and guess what? the transmission has failed. now tell me, why does a 5 1/2 year old car already have transmission failure?? we have only owned the vehicle for 3 1/2 years!! and our warranty ran out at 100,000 miles. we are at 113,000. i believe this car had transmission issues from the first day that we bought the vehicle.i think these cars are not reliable and should be recalled! this car looks perfect and is now worthless.

I have had to have my transmission replaced 1 time already for it cracking without being in an accident. it would accelerate randomly and wouldn't accelerate when i pushed on the gas. i'm now having the same problem and almost got into a car accident on an expressway because it wouldn't accelerate and when i got off the main road it accelerated without me even touching the gas peddle.

Starting around 75,000 miles, my nissan sentra started stuttering, stalling, and losing power because of the transmission. my 2013 nissan sentra's transmission failed on 4/11/2019 at 83,975 miles (1 year and 23k miles over the warranty). over the past year, this transmission has been a public and personal safety hazard. i was not comfortable driving this with my children in the car, or on highways in fear of what happened on 4/11 would happen on a major highway. the fact that something so important and expensive would fail on a car so fast proves that this part of the vehicle needs to be investigated and recalled.

When driving my vehicle it starts over revving when changing speeds on local roads. i also had a few instances where the vehicle would randomly not go over 40 mph on the highway (possibly the vehicle is going into some kind of fail safe mode) and would rev heavily. i reached out to nissan and they advised it sounds like a cvt transmission problem, which is a known issue with a lot of the nissan vehicles. however, they have not created a recall for the 2013 nissan sentra and advised they do not plan to do so. *dt *js*jb

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan sentra. while driving approximately 60 mph, the vehicle made an abnormal noise, the rpms increased, and the vehicle jerked and decelerated without warning. the contact called ipac nissan at 210-681-6300 (located at 6990 nw loop 410, san antonio, tx 78238) and was informed that there was no recall. the manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the failure mileage was not provided.

At 70,000 miles the transmission completely quit working. my daughter was backing out of a driveway and became stuck in the road. car would not go forward or reverse. pressing the accelerator peddle had no effect. exactly the same problem described in countless posts online. cvt transmission replacement cost quoted at 4000 dollars. almost the value of the car.

The car would not accelerate. the gradual breaking light was on. i noticed my back passenger tail light had moister in it. so i took it po ur and dumped about 5 oz. of water out of it. i bought a new taillight. it seemed to fix the problem now my transmission is slipping from 1st to second gear. the rpms jump from 2000 to 3000 as it shifts and steady out it's been getting worse as the days go by. i'm finding similar issues online but no solution other than transmission replacement. it has 83000 miles on it. because of the taillight issue and it not accelerating i feel like theres some kind of wiring issue to the transmission. it's not throwing any codes and the dealer says nothing's wrong with it.

The cvt transmission slips at various rpms and speeds. traveling down a hill in the city with a steep grade the transmission will down shift and throw the rpms up to 5k where you can barely stop it. it slips to where basically it has no power to the wheels when driving on the interstate at 70mph at 3k rpms. it is like you threw it into neutral. there is no power to the wheels but engine speed shoots to 6k rpms and car speed decreases rapidly. this happens daily. several times a day. i have taken the car to the dealer and been told it is the way the cvt transmission operates. that is a bunch of mess no transmission is meant to slip out of gear. my personal mechanic says he replaces 3-5 a week of the cvt transmissions with as little as 40-50k miles on them. these things are a death trap. my car has 107k on it and i've been complaining to the nissan dealer since 20k. there should be a recall before there are serious injuries from the loss of power of surging. i have a 3 month old and this is my only car to get to work. dealer wants 4.5k and mechanic wants 3.8k. i'm still making payments on the thing for another year.

Im currently the second owner on what i thought was a good vehicle. i had no clue that so many people had the issues i was having. it started two weeks after i had putchased my vehicle. i would accelerate like normal and take my foot off of the gas pedal to coast to a stop at a red light l, the light changes and turned green. i would reapply my foot to the gas pedal and the cvt would thud so i took it to be repaired and was told "it was a normal function of a cvt" not knowing any better as it was my first cvt transmission i kept driving. now im told my a cvt specialist that that thud i was feeling is the begining of my transmission braking and it needs to be replaced. i cannot see how nissan expects someone to pay for a product that so many of its vehicles have major problems with. there are thousands of people online complaning of the same issues. it needs to be investigated.

The car began to violently shake, was unable to accelerate while on the highway. car rpms increased the car did not move. traffic rapidly approaching behind me.dealership has informed me of transmission issue needs to be replaced. no warning sign, no check engine light forced to pull over at night on the side of the road.

Tl* the contact owns a 2013 nissan sentra. while driving 35 mph, the vehicle decelerated without warning. the vehicle was taken to busam nissan (1501, 3907, e kemper rd, cincinnati, oh 45246) where it was diagnosed that the transmission failed and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was not repaired. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and informed the contact that the vin was not included in a recall. the failure mileage was 113,000.

I just purchased this car last year the reason i bought this car because of good gas milage and transmission . i have buying nissan since 1993 and right now i have 2 altimas 1 sentra 1 quest every other car is doing good except sentra i have transmission problem its not changing the gears and ac is not blowing cold air. please help me out with these issues because i still have 4 more years of payments and knowing nissan cars they usually go to 200k without major problems.

I only had this vehicle for a year now i have 43 thousand miles and my transmission has gone out. i've been doing research and a lot of people are complaining of the same issue . i shouldn't be responsible for this

Cvt transmission problems car won't shift correctly went to nissan who advised me that it is the transmission and would cost $4011.10 to replace also went to holmes motor who is leasing me the vehicle for $17000 +$ 2000 buy out option at the end of lease and was told 18000 mile warranty would not apply because i have put 32000 miles on vehicle since start of lease..nissan also stated it's a 60000 mile warranty on vehicle but my vehicle has 77000 miles which i started leasing at 44259 miles. also this situation occured while i was driving past the 900 block of decatur street montgomery alabama 36104 when i made it to red light i realeased my foot off gas slightly because light changed car jumped in gear and slammed into back of another vehicle which didn't do any damage to other car but knocked my bumper loose.

The transmission failed & i had lifetime warranty but nissan & the dealership doesn't want to cover their issues.

2013 nissan sentra was running perfectly fine, and out of the blue, my engine basically failed in the middle of the street, completely. thankfully, no cars were near and i was able to drift to the side. thankfully it wasn't on a busy highway where a major accident could have occurred. i took it to the local nissan dealership where they tested it and it is indeed a cvt failure. it needs a brand new cvt transmission. this car has 44,000 miles on it, and is just over 5 years old. it is dangerous to myself and others to have this car on the road with these engines. there are so many cases of 2013 cvt failing, but yet no recall. nissan needs to step their game up like they have on previous years that included cvt and extend their warranty. there is no reason a perfect good car should have this problem already. this car goes from point a to point b, as it is basically a work car. please, please consider this, as well as all the others. this is completely unsafe and unrealistic, and nissan is doing nothing about it.

Car does not shift correctly, looses speed engine revs high.

While traveling on i-95 in miami at 55 mph, my car suddenly stopped accelerating and wouldn't pass 20 mph. i pushed down on the gas peddle and nothing would happen. i was extremely lucky to be on the middle lane and quickly shifted over to the far right on the emergency lane and turned off the car. i turned it back in and it worked fine. i didn't use the car for two days, and then when i tried again, it was giving the same issue where the car wouldn't accelerate and was making a weird noise which i never expierned before. i took to my trusted mechanic and he advised it was a cvt issue. i had to get the car towed to a certified nissan dealership as nissan agreed to consider possible financial assistance. upon completion it was confirmed it was a cvt transmission issue and it would cost about $5,000 to repair with labor costs. nissan has to given me back my car and it's now the 20th of february. my car has 99,450 miles, and has been in excellent condition with my maintenance. it's scary and unfortunate that we have been sold a defective car and nissan won't admit to it. there's a class action lawsuit open and still in court. i got an attorney involved who has taken up my case for further action against nissan. consumer should be advised to stop driving this car asap! i am now looking to get a new car as i don't feel safe anymore driving this and i need a reliable and safe vehicle for work.

Shifting frequently locking up while driving causing distraction and inability to accelerate. unable to accelerate at traffic lights or in threatening situations. on one occasion i was unable to properly accelerate to pass a semi-truck while facing oncoming traffic causing me to slam on my brakes to avoid an accident. every time i drive the vehicle the transmission dangerously averts my attention from safe driving.

This 2013 nissan sentra and its cvt have been garbage from the get-go. the transmission died while i was driving in the highway with my family in the car. just died on the road, we are so lucky there wasn't an accident. nissan was aware of the sentra transmission defect, and that the vehicles transmissions would require frequent repair. despite this awareness, nissan continued to install the allegedly defective cvt. lots of complains were made about this issues.

On january 17, 2019, our 2013 nissan sentra died in the middle of rush hour traffic and put my husband at risk for being hit. my husband was on baseline road in phoenix, close to i-10 freeway. car died near driveway entrance by restaurant. tow truck driver said it's cvt transmission. so did our repair person, interstate auto. the code at nissan also said it's a faulty cvt transmission, which they know about. there is extended warranty to 120,000 for some vehicles, but they conveniently said our vin is not covered. we are at 119,000, so that's convenient for nissan. we then were referred to nissan consumer affairs and they said there's nothing they can do. they also said they had no idea we were the owners of the vehicle. we bought it from tempe auto nation in may of 2014, but it's a 2013 preowned certified. they told us the warranty was increased to 100,000 because of that, but they never let us know. they also said there is a recall from 2016, but we never got anything. again, nissan said they did not know we were the owners until 1/21/19. that's a lie! we've had the car serviced. it was bought from tempe auto nation with 4400 miles on it. they have our info in computer system, but now can claim they did not know. we were the only ones that brought it in, no one else. so now the car is not drivable because of faulty cvt transmission that put my husband and i at safety risk every time he/we drove it. especially not notifying us about passenger recall since 2016. please let me know who we need to talk to next. worst customer service ever! caught in several lies! i'm attaching document that they claim they've never heard of or seen before - claim they don't know anything about faulty cvt transmissions. asked where i got my info & i showed them. also, you may google it - all over the place.
