Warning light of service shifter. dealership states no fix for this

My 2014 diesel grand cherokee has had emissions for the past 3+ years. on 12/9/19 they changed the particulate filter and right after that there was exhaust smells coming through the vents. the dealership attempted to fix this smell in late december and then again in january. they found a cracked valve cover on 1/10/20 and fixed that. i was then driving the car on 1/12/20 and it started on fire and was destroyed. chrysler investigated the crash and determined that it was not a manufacturing problem

Vehicle overheated - manifold / egr had to be replaced due to severe soot build up. engine compartment was smoking and coolant empty when vehicle overheated. vehicle is a fire risk.*dt*jb

While using the navigation i am warned of turns or exits ahead with instructions like: "turn right in 1/2 mile" on multiple occasions i have started appropriate lane changes to follow the verbal instructions when i glanced at the map and found i was actually shown to turn in the opposite direction. there is no consistency in this failure and my jeep dealer stated that unless i demonstrated the problem there was nothing i could do under warranty. as of this date i have suffered one near miss and have had to shut off voice notices to avoid this problem with the resultant need to look at the map and not keep my eyes on the road. i believe this is a software problem and is probably occurring on other jeeps.and may have caused accidents and injuries.

Passenger seat headrest deployed, the vehicle was approaching stop sign upon stopping the headrest deployed and hit my wife in her head. there was no collision involved, the headrest deployed on its own.

(vin corrected from previois report, firstbdigitbwas incoreect)passenger seat headrest deployed while driving, the vehicle was not involved in a collision, the headrest deployed on its own hitting my wife in the backpack her head as well approached a stop sign on local streets.

Driver seat headrest popped off while driving, almost causing an accident. got headache for 2 hours after that. thought, i had a rear collision, the way it felt.

Vehicle overheated and spewed all coolant. several dealer visits, replaced egr, manifold, cylinder heads, hoses, thermostat etc. one occasion fuel was dripping into the engine compartment after repair and the engine compartment was smoking. another occasion the manifold was smoking. it's only a matter of time before one catches fire. these are suvs used to haul families.

My driver's side active headrest deployed without being in an accident and not moving. there are a couple of broken plastic pieces that allow to rest to deploy

Makes buzzing noice, vibration from dash on drivers side. when i go 60 70 or more is starts loud then soft. soft buzz and gradually gets louder. does not do it all the time, but when it does it is annoying

Leather dashboard is bubbling and jeep chrysler is stating i am no longer covered under my limited warranty. extended warranty only covers power-train. the leather on my entire dashboard has started to bubble and i would like jeep to cover this expense. vehicle is only 5 years old and has 65,000 miles.

Vehicle has lost power and fuel mileage after completing the fca approved emissions modification. there is a hazardous dead spot/lag in acceleration from a stop. all driving characteristics have changed drastically even after fca claims nothing would be affected by the aem.

Driver's side headrest deployed for no reason. vehicle sat in driveway over night and when my wife left for work she noticed the active head restraint had deployed.

The active headrest on the driver's side deployed unexpectedly while the car was parked. as i understand it, this is only meant to happen during a collision and is a safety feature of the vehicle. thankfully it did no strike my head during the process.

I have a service shifter light coming on constantly as well as some random radio station changes. it all started after last recall was fixed. i love my jeep but am so frustrated.
