The horn is going in and out even after being replaced. it will work fine then not work at all.

On an intermittent basis i have experienced problems starting my jeep. then, on december 25, 2019, i receive the v62 fuel pump relay recall for my jeep, which provides as follows:*dt our records indicate that your vehicle [1] was included in previous safety recall p54 (nhtsa 14v-530) or safety recall r09 (nhtsa 15v-115). the remedy for the previous recalls was to replace the fuel pump relay. if you had either of these recalls completed, the installed remedy relay is susceptible to silicon contamination on the relay contacts, which can cause the relay to fail. a fuel pump relay failure can result in a no-start condition or an engine stall condition if the vehicle is running. a vehicle engine stall while driving can cause a vehicle crash without prior warning. ['] the remedy for this condition is not currently available. this was of great concern. in the 1980s i was driving on the congested freeways of la when my bmw suddenly just turned off. i barely managed to coast to the breakdown lane without being rear ended. i was in terror as i had just been rear-ended a year prior while at ...

The lug nuts on the vehicle were swollen and apparently it's a known issue with jeep i had to pay money out my own pocket to buy new lug nuts to rotate my tires which cost over $200 and when i contacted jeep via email they said they were going to diagnose the problem and reach back to me it's been over a year now and havent heard from them i contacted them 3 more times and no response. now i have an issue with my bluetooth being connected to my phone it keeps kicking my phone out i did a reset and hasn't worked and jeep dealership is telling me its $135 to fix which i refuse if there is a known problem with jeep and the radios that should be on recall as well. i have to re-pair my phone everytime i get back into my car. the bluetooth hasn't been working since may 2019 and my lug nuts had to be replaced last year august 2018. i bought this car in 2015 and the dealership told me i had 5 year warranty come to find out i had one year remaining because it started in 2011 when ...

Continuing my last complaint - i go to jeep to fix my bluetooth they tell me its $135 (which was never mentioned on the phone to me as i called to make an appointment.) i told them i dont have that right now. they insisted i had to get my car fixed for the sun visor recall which i haven't done so they tell me it'll take 2.5 hours . i should leave and come back so they make me get a ride with a random driver who works for them to take me somewhere and come back when finished just for them to reach back out to me within 20 minutes and tell me they had no parts they had to order it. which pissed me off because that wasted my time money and energy when they should have checked to see if the part was there before i left the dealership. now who knows when i'll have the time to get this recall done. this recall has been since 2015 when i bought the vehicle and they only mentioned one recall to me since i've had the car which had something to do with the breaks. jeep dealerships ...

I was driving on the i 595 highway east bound at normal speed in motion, when suddenly my car began slowing down dramatically, i did the best i could quickly to get off on the shoulder, suddenly all of my electrical system voltage droped disabling my systems ,then i began feeling heat coming from the air conditioner and area's of the car i, quickly tried to open my windows but was unsuccessful to front windows , i quickly released my seatbelt to a ready to evacuate the car , i was frightened scared but happy the i didnt cause an accident to me and others. .

Car randomly stalled out this morning while braking making a right hand turn. no lights or warning just notice it was off due to the power steering not responding.

A little while after a year of purchasing our jeep grand cherokee the leather dashboard started rippling and de-laminating. since then, it has progressively gotten worse. it started on the far right corner of the passenger side but has since de-laminated on the drivers side corner and along the center defrosting cover. due to the dashboard being made of leather, once it de-laminated the shrinking process began and will only get worse. this is a known issue with countless jeeps with leather interior. i am absolutely astounded that there has not been a recall on this manufacture defect.

Purchased 5/19. reported engine stall while driving to nhtsa. took vehicle to dealer for brake recall. tech said air in brake lines may have caused problem. did not stall for a month and assumed solved. started again in august. very dangerous vehicle. stalls when slowing for right hand turns and left turns crossing traffic which almost got me into a crash on a highway. others have reported same issue and no response from manufacturer. cannot take passengers as this is a pending disaster and is unsafe

Vehicle is making a popping noise, when turning or hitting bump replaced sway bar end links and tie rod-unable to locate exact problem at this time. i was driving today and without warning my front wipers turned on and could not be turned off, on inspecting further all components on the starting wheel and column are not operatable-no signals, cruise, headlights, stereo-nothing. vehicle acts like its stuck in 4x4-making other noise while turning also having issue with dash board bubbling-possible safety concern as it may interfere with air bag deployment. i have contacted jeep with all the above concerns, to which they state they cannot help with the problems vehicle has 103k miles. i am 3rd owner. *tt 'parts of this document have been redacted to protect personally identifiable information pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6).'*jb

Dashboard in my insured's jeep warped in high heat while it was parked.

The rear window glass in the lift-gate exploded into thousands of shattered fragments, without cause or warning in my non-moving vehicle. this is the second time this has happened within the last three years. it appears to be a design defect that is insafe to the driver and others. the vehicle was stationary in a parking area and i was inside it with my family on the most recent occasion. the prior event iccurred with my husband standing outside the vehicle, as he closed the lift-gate. i previously owned a 2000 jeep grand cherokee for 11 years, and there were no problems with the old design of the rear window glass. the 2011 design has the rear wiper and motor directly mounted onto the glass, which may be the problem. i suffered glass cuts and glass debris into one eye.

The engine stops running without warning or notice. not even a check engine light. the jeep stalls without any electrical symptoms but the steering, engine, and braking systems fail. only happens when decelerating. doesn't happen every deceleration. i've been lucky to have been going in a straight line toward a stop. normally under a half tank of gas but even that is not reliable. if you search the internet for "jeep grand cherokee engine shuts down while driving" you'll find a pretty robust collection of stories where consumers like me unwittingly paid many thousands of dollars for a car that is trying to kill them. you're answer to the tipm recall (the fuel pump circuit breaker? the first half-ass attempt by crysler to troubleshoot this nightmare) says "the factual bases of the petitioner's contentions that any further investigation is necessary are unsupported" which i found hilarious since i am still making payments on a vehicle with an obvious manufacture's defect that the entire internet cannot find a standard solution to other than to sell the vehicle off to another unsuspecting victim.

Transmission locked up with no warning. when brought to dealer he advised me it would have to go to aamco transmission for the proper diagnosis and have it fixed
