Vehicle was parked/stationary on semi-flat a school parking lot. when i looked back the vehicles moved. seems the parking gear did not fully engaged. regardless vehicle was not in neutral or drive and it still moved forward with no one on it, no keys inside and engine off. vehicle hit another parked vehicle. luckily no one got hurt. seems that the transmission/cvt system may be at fault, but unknown at this time.

My vehicle is 3 months old. i noticed about a month ago one crease above the driver side passenger door, in the frame piece that is between the door and door. typically this is where it creases in accidents for safety. a week or so later another one showed up and how there are 3 and i see a 4th starting. there are no marks just the crease. they seem to be in a line all along the driver side piece above the doors. it is as if the frame of vehicle's body is folding in. again, as if it was creasing for the safety in an accident. i am not sure what to do and how long i wait for this. i am nervous the vehicle could start to become unsafe. i have slowly been noticing more and more appearing along that same line. help please.
When car parks and key inside (in stationary) and when you leave the car may be around 1 minute, the door will lock itself. this would likely creates safety hazards to other vehicles if the vehicle happen to park in the middle of roadway.
Frame has rusted due to ac drain hole from the evaporator. due to water dripping on the frame, frame has a break causing it to hit the body everytime you hit a bump and the sway bar is connected to the part of the frame that has broke.
New 2019 honda accord ex in black with 7000 miles has multiple spots on the roof where the paint is peeling. the car is parked in the garage most of the time.
Paint is flackying from car. visible areas that can be seeing where paint is peeling away and primer is exposed. i have asked if i could drive car in or send pictures to ensure that this is not do to lack of care. my vehicle looks and runs excellent. large areas of peeling paint that can easily be seen.i have made several attempts at contacting both the dealership and american honda, yet i have had no success at a resolution.
The door weatherstrips were all coming off and have been replaced.. drover door has been replytwice and is still coming off dealer is not taking responsibility and is saying its my fault
On 10/10/2019 (thursday) approximately 4:45 pm there was construction going on between exit 312 and exit 319 (clayton /fuquay) area hwy 40. construction dropped a large load which sounded really loud and debris was blown in the air and covered my car with cement like stuff on my car. its all over my windshield and body of my car. second time at 5:45 am in the morning on 10/15/2019 (tuesday) they are working again in the area, and their are large clouds of smoke coming up again and then i see later on in the day when i get into my car that i have this stuff on my car somemore. i was driving both times on the highway 40.
