Tl* the contact owns a 2014 honda accord. while driving approximately 50 mph, the vehicle stability assist, tire pressure, power steering, and anti-lock braking system warning indicators illuminated. the vehicle was taken to metro honda (540 new jersey 440, jersey city, nj) where the technician refused to repair the failures because the contact did not want to pay for the repairs. the vehicle was repaired; however, the failures recurred. the manufacturer was notified and did not assist because the vehicle was not under warranty. the vehicle was not diagnosed because the contact did not want to pay for both the diagnostic and repair cost. the failure mileage was approximately 60,000.

Goodyear assurance fuel max tires with 41,000 miles on a 2014 honda accord have pieces of rubber coming out of them. the balancing and alignment are fine and air pressure is at 33 psi. tires are rotated at every service, approximately 5,000 miles. i have tried to send pictures to goodyear headquarters and they refuse to allow me to do so. they only accept the word of the authorized dealer who stated it is a result of driving on gravel roads, which has never taken place. they were willing to do a partial wear adjustment, but they will not go the 50% as stated in the written warranty.

Front passenger tire began prematurely cracking along the outer sidewall. vehicle has approx 35600 miles. tires came new with vehicle.

While driving on freeway in light traffic and good road condition, heard a short rumbling sound and then saw tire rolling out from rear mirror. a few second later tire pressure warning sign shown. this happened all within 10 seconds. since located just near exit, i drove off and parked on side. i found one rear tire was completely rip off. there had been no any sign of tire issue before. car is a few months new and tire comes with new car purchase just about 7500 miles. brought car to goodyear tire store for warranty work and was told i must bring tire to claim warranty. wheel with remnant of tire won't be enough. *tr

While driving on freeway, a low rumbling sound suddenly heard and in a blink saw a tire rolling in rear view mirror. a few second later flat tire warning sign came up. this all happened with 10 seconds time. i took immediate exit and park on side and found a rear tire was ripped off with about 2,3 inches left on wheel. the car was purchased new 7 months ago and was about 7500 miles at time of accident. before the incident, all tires and car have not have any issue. at incident, traffic is light, clear weather 2 pm, road condition is great. i took wheel with rim of remnant of tire to nearby goodyear dealer and was told i could not claim warranty without the whole tire with me. the tire is goodyear eagle ls2 235/45/r18. *tr

Tire pressure light constantly goes off. i go to honda everytime. never seem to be able to fix the issue. i've been told that some sensors don't work but they still haven't fixed it. *tr

Tl* the contact owns a 2014 honda accord. the contact stated that the vehicle tire monitoring system warning light was defective. the warning light illuminated when the tires were performing normally; however, the tire pressure monitoring system failed to illuminate when the tire pressure was actually low. the vehicle was taken to the dealer several times for the failure. the dealer reset the tire pressure monitoring system; however, the failure was not corrected. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure. the failure mileage was 5,000.

Hit a small pothole at less than 10 mph approaching interstate highway and then tire massive failure almost immediately when speeding up to 70 mph nearly causing fire. have driven 50 years and hit many potholes without this type of catastrophic failure. *tr

Tpms light comes on regularly. tire pressure is inflated to specs. dealer has had the car four times and resets the setting. service manager informs me this 2014 crv model has a well known history of this malfunction and they have not been able to resolve the problem. i told him honda should provide owners with a loaner auto until they come with a fix, but he says they have not authorized this interim solution. have had the car four months. too long to drive a car with this serious defect! *tr
