Takata airbag recall. i don't own this vehicle anymore. transferred title to my ex spouse in 7/18. maryland mva confirms vehicle retitled. i keep getting notices for recall with my pa address on them and ford won't change owner name or address. they actually send the recalls to me in another state that this vehicle has never been titled or registered in. i have tried and tried to get ford to send the recall notices to my former spouse who has this vehicle. we are not able to communicate to each other due to "no contact" orders in place. i think my former spouse has a right to have the vehicle repaired but i can't or have anyone i know forward these notices to them and ford just sits there and does nothing. i have even went to the point of having a letter sent to me by the maryland mva confirming that the vehicle was re titled and has a new owner and ford still won't accept that, they insist their "third party" company gets the information from the registered vehicles in each state. the registration for this vehicle was cancelled in my name and the plates were returned ...
