Manufacturer has not presented remedy to recall in a timely manner. humid days are approaching as well as an increase in malfunctioning air bag. i took my car to get one recall serviced as it had two and the dealer said it only had one ready and thy had no timetable of when the other remedy would be available.

Takata recall i have contacted the dealer in bennington, vt on several occasions and they tell me that they do not have the parts to replace the recalled takata airbag. i am unable to get a sticker in 2018 because of this it comes up on the computer they use to get a sticker that i have a bad airbag,and i will be rejected and will not be able to drive my car.

My ford mustang still needs it's recalled passenger airbag replaced - 10 months after receiving a recall notice letter from ford. repeated calls to the dealer and ford customer service have not helped and ford will give no specific information when the recall repair will occur, why the delay has been so long or what the cause of the delay is. they do not offer any specific department to speak with regarding this and when i asked for an address of someone i could send a letter to, i was told "they don't have that information. "

Takata recall - i received my letter on july 2016 stating i needed to replace the passenger frontal airbag inflator. since this date i have made 5 attempts to have someone give me a schedule as to when this issue will be resolved. one year later i am still getting the run around from ford. on july 17, 2017 i contacted the ford michigan headquarters and they told me to call customer relations at 800-392-3673. the conversation began with the same excuse that they were working on the problem and i would receive a letter when the air bag could be replaced. it was at that time i stated i wanted them to open a case file for me. the number i received for the open case is cas12729115. not allowing anyone to sit in the passenger seat for one year has caused an enormous burden on my family for fear that serious injury may result. your help in this matter will be greatly appreciated.

Takata recall. in july 2016 i received a mfg recall notice 16s26. i have since contacted my local ford dealer in west memphis, arkansas, a number of times last time being last week. they have been unable to tell me when parts will be available to resolve this recall. i am uncomfortable driving/riding in this car, especially with (family) passengers aboard.

Takata recall was notified of original recall july 2016 received follow letter dec 2017 stating: until remedy parts become available, do not let anyone sit in front pass seat! its now jan 2018 and no fix car is driven in south florida about 4-6 months of the year. my wife due to physical knee issues, unable to get into tiny seat, so vehicle is useless to us with no plan "b" from ford , or any suggestion of compensation for loss of use of vehicle
