I had a significant front end collision and the airbags did not deploy. i was traveling at least 70 mph on the interstate when i collided with another vehicle.
The front dashboard warped up in front and on the passenger side over the airbag. it was reported to the dealership , ford redd mccombs. ford company approved to replace the dash. it was replaced after 5 months waiting. and no uncertainty of safety of dashboard over the passenger airbag ,possibly deplying or exploding. the second dash replacement has warped in the same areas and more. the areas over the passenger air bag, as well as the driver side on front dashboard. the company as well as the dealership have no explanation as to why the dashboards are warping . i have seen and photographed many other trucks with same make and model and the suffer the same problem. if a person is not looking for the problem ,they will never see it until it gets worse and the warrenty has expired and they are probably thinking its the texas heat and sun. but this is a true vehicle hazard and will continue to be addressed further if you all don't wish to help or guide me into the right direction. iys a flaw in the design and its in all f150 trucks from 2017 to 2020. i have seen ...

The plastic around the ford emblem bottom side of the column air bag is cracked. i'm concerned that this might affect the safe operation of the bag, allowing moisture to enter into st sealed system. also the cracked plastic is very sharp
One week ago left work and turned on truck. when starting to pull out of parking space abs light came on dash. after getting home and calling dealer to have inspection, was informed it would be 2 weeks to get in for service. as vehicle is daily driver continued to drive around town and to work, a few days after regular use steering column started getting harder to turn and developed clicking sound. called another mechanic to get in sooner and before could make that appointment scheduled for two days later entire steering column locked up and vehicle is unusable. being towed to repair shop today. luckily was not driving when column locked up. had started vehicle in driveway and was planning on going to store when unable to back up because steering columns/wheel would not move. now awaiting work from repair shop on doagnsostics and issue to repair. very frustrated as vehicle less than 3 years old and with only 70k miles.
The indicator light for the driver side airbag turns on at random times while driving. i had the error codes ran by the dealership and there is a malfunctioning weight sensor in the seat rail, which was recalled for the passenger side of this same make and model. this light coming on will not usually shut off until the truck is shut off and then it will reset. this has been occurring since april of 2019 and has slowly become more consistent. i have taken a photo of each occurrence when the issue started to become more persistent. the last time this happened was june 7th 2019. i have images from may 9, 15, 17, 18, 20, 21, 23 2019 and june 7 2019 where it occurred multiple times that day.
