On oct 5, 2009 i left for lunch at 1:00 pm to go to lunch started my vehicle and the drivers side airbag deployed for no reason. the airbag hit my leg and burned my leg. i took my car to the dealership randall noe in terrell texas on oct 24, 2009 and they told me they would run some tests and let me know whether they would repair it or not and it has been three weeks and they still have not made up their minds whether they are going to fix it or not. i have been without a vehicle for almost 3 weeks now and they can't make up their mind whether they want to fix it or not. i am tired of being jerked around and not being told what will be done. they took the steering wheel apart because they said they could tell what made it deploy but after doing that now they say they still don't know why it deployed. they told me i could come pick it up and drive around with no airbag until they make a decision. *tr

When driving past luke air force base the air bag light on the dash illuminates in my 2005 ford f150. i have been told that this is caused by the radar. i want to know if the air bag system will function normally in the event an accident occurs when the light is on. other people we know are also having this problem with their 2005 ford trucks and suvs. *nm
