Accelerator stuck when parking (<5 mph) causing vehicle to strike a curb and 1 ft retainer wall resulting in going airborne up a 3' bank, over a 6' sidewalk and 8' grass area to strike an office building. location was kia drive lagrange, ga. my wife was driving and injured her right forearm. no broken bone, just bumped and remains sore. vehicle was mfg in august 07. we took delivery in sept after placing an order. i saw recall on 08 thru 12 but not 07. wondering if late 07 had a 08 accelerator installed? photo files were resized to smalller images for sending.
