Tl* the contact owned a 2017 toyota camry. the contact stated while driving 20 mph, when another vehicle t-boned into the rear driver side door. the air bag did deployed but failed to deflate. the contact stated the driver of the other vehicle had to use a knife to deflate the air bag, letting him access to exit the vehicle. the contact sustained injuries on his left ribs (badly bruised). the contact stated he was able to go to the emergency room to seek medical attention for his injuries later on. a police report was filed. the vehicle was not drivable. the vehicle was towed to local dealer greentree toyota located at 87 federal rd, danbury, ct 06811, (203) 730-4040, and was made aware of the failure. the vehicle was then towed to a body shop and was informed by the insurance that the vehicle was totaled. the vehicle had not been diagnosed as of yet. the manufacturer had not been informed of failure. the failure mileage was 22,060. *ln *jb
Airbags did not deploy in car accident. also, the engine did not shut off during the same car accident.
The seatbelt doesn't click into place and the sensor doesn't show anyone sitting in the seat which shows the airbag is off. very unsafe if in an accident.
I was in a car accident were i was hit from the back pushed in to another vehicle we're my car was totaled yet my airbags did not come out. not on sides or front. i was at a complete stop at a stoplight behind for other cars then a car came out of nowhere full speed at least 30 40 miles an hour in my estimation however hit me hard enough to push me into the car in front of me. i was on the feeder road directly off of the highway got a complete stop.

On two occasions (august 2019 and october 27, 2019) when pulling in to my driveway i experienced unintentional acceleration by the vehicle. the second time the car rammed into a post on my house and the airbag deployed fracturing my sternum in three places.
I was driving during night with lights on at hiway speed and all interior and exterior lights went out while driving 70 mph in pitch black! i had to guess where i was on curved overpass. i tried flicking the hi/low beam switch, but that didn't help. couldn't get lights to come on until stopped, shut off car and restarted it. has happened twice since i bought it new. first time was prior to any body damage, second time it wasn't completely pitch black so not as dangerous. another trip we were on 4 lane interstate driving through a city and someone else had hit an orange construction barrel and it had flipped up into air and we hit it at hiway speed on left front corner of car. had to replace bumper, headlight, washer fluid tank, repair fender. air bags never went off. i am an emt and another day was driving to a gunshot call at 80 mph and reached for pager as it was falling and front wheel dropped off shoulder and i knew not to correct it, so just kept straight and came to stop in snow filled ditch. air bags did ...
I have a 2009 camry that i leased on 3/8/19. on 10/9/19 i was involved in an accident, not cited, the car that hit me from the rear doing 90 mpm upon inpact pushed in from south bound to east bound. i was then hit on right front side by an 18 wheeler and had 4 radial fractures on my left arm; my left hand flipped over backwards on my forearm and bones protruded from each side of arms. not one airbag was deployed from the inception of the accident to the accident on my arm. i now have a totaled camry; i had surgery on my left arm two days later, lost of wages and disabled on my left side. toyota is not taking any responsibility for this situation as if the airbags had deployed; i would not have this radial fracture, which is what i was paying for by leasing this toyota camry 2019. i need help. i have pictures of the outside of the car as well as inside the car showing no airbags deployed.
