Pro comp lift kit was installed by dealership. in january 29, 2018 while traveling at about 20 mph on a flat, paved, residential city street, a "nut/bolt" came off, causing the suspension to collapse. this caused the vehicle to become incapacitated, when left rear tire was pushed into rear wheel well. there are also issues with front left tire rubbing against wheel well and "slipping" when turning to park.

The vehicle started exhibiting very loose steering behavior and a "clunking" noise from the front end. the steering wheel has play from 45deg turned to the left to 45deg turned to the right without affecting the direction of travel. the stability control would attempt to keep the vehicle moving in a straight line when turned to the left or right, regardless of speed (<25mph - 70mph) on dry, warm roads. when the stability control attempted to keep the vehicle moving straight through a turn, it was necessary to quickly apply the brakes to keep the vehicle from leaving the road surface. the vehicle in question had between 1500 and 2500 miles during this time.
