Recently reported VEHICLE SPEED CONTROL problems on 2010 Nissan Titan

2010 nissan titan pro-4x uncontrollably accelerated without driver input, resulting in a collision. i was driving down an aisle in a parking lot and began to apply the brake to slow down and turn left into a parking stall. just as my vehicle was about to come to a stop and park, the engine revved (it felt/sounded like full throttle), the tires squealed and launched the vehicle forward resulting in a collision with a vehicle parked in the opposite stall. because my foot was already on the brake pedal i managed to quickly depress it all the way and at least reduce the severity of the impact. to date, this is the first and only occurrence of a problem associated with vehicle speed control/accelerator.
