I bought michelin tires (premier ltx- 225/65 r17 102h sl bsw gm) with warranty of 60k miles. i drove 25k miles and it is wore out. i bought the most expensive tires as it is my family car. i complained to michelin and they don't think it is a safety issue as it is prorated warranty it is not a guarantee. they couldn't answer the question that if i trust that the tires will run around 60k and they need change at around 25 is considered a product failure or not, they mentioned that they will not do anything about it and i have to change the 4 tires. i would like to address it as a safety issue as the tires are not safe as advertised. my complaint number at michelin is [xxx]. information redacted pursuant to the freedom of information act (foia), 5 u.s.c. 552(b)(6). *tr
