Vehicle is stationary. when opening the rear lift gate, the gate goes all the way up and then comes back down to about 5ft off the ground. everyone is hitting their head on it. when i was looking online to see if others had the problem and how to fix it, i found there was a recall for my year rogue (nhtsa campaign # 16v219000) but my vin did not come up as affected. this issue started over the summer, june 2019. i live in rhode island.

Upon cleaning my 2014 rogue i noticed that my driver side floor was all wet ,thinking i had spilled a coffee or drink i dried the rug , and the following few days after letting it dry after coming home from the store i bent down to see if it was still dry and the floor was wet again the problem still persists .i can't seem to get it to stay dry, i pulled the rug back and noticed it very wet

I have water intrusion from the body of the vehicle due to sealant deterioration on the body. as a result the front driver floor area remains wet and has caused some rusting. mechanic's research shows that this is happening to said vehicles with my vin 2014 nissan rogue. from other complaints it doesn't show up right away when the vehicle is purchased but after a little time the sealant deteriorates or is absent and you find your foot in a fresh water puddle on your floor board. please help nissan correct this issue. i am told that what is shown in the attachment is what needed to be done to protect the car from further damage and rusting.

Nissan rogue. consumer writes in regards to replacement parts not available to repair recall notice. *smd the consumer referenced recall numbers 16v219000 and 16v244000. *jb

Tl* takata recall. the contact owns a 2014 nissan rogue. the contact stated that the dealer was unable to supply the parts within a reasonable time frame for nhtsa campaign numbers: 16v149000 (fuel system, gasoline), 16v219000 (structure), and 16v244000 (air bags). the dealer scheduled an appointment and then canceled the appointment months ago. the contact was unable to determine when the vehicle would be repaired. the manufacturer was not notified. the contact had not experienced a failure. parts distribution disconnect.

I was driving on a highway doing 60-70 mph at night and a deer jumped out of nowhere straight in front of the car hitting the hood which opened up protecting the windshield and me inside. the air bag deployed (only on my side, not passenger's) leaving 2nd degree burns on my right hand (as estimated by a doctor at the hospital). i was given an ointment and bandage. the car itself is totaled with the front completely bent (see attachments). my issue is whether the air bag is supposed to be that hot as to burn. i can understand it'd be warm especially after driving for a while but hot to the extreme? i'm not sure if i have a strong case as to sue the manufacturer for the burns but is there anything else i can do to be compensated for this bodily injury as well as pain & suffering? thanks!

I want to prevent any accidents from happening. i have a nissan rogue, bought on 12th june 2014. when i make a right turn i cannot see the front right corner, because of the right side mirror completely blocking the view of right corner object. it is very difficult to see pedestrians on the side. most of the vehicles have a small glass window by the mirror or there is a gap between the vehicle's body and the mirror. sometimes i have to get up from the seat to check the right corner when making a right turn. i almost ran over two pedestrians. i think there is a defect and i am concerned that i will run over someone causing a major accident. hoping to see a resolution to prevent any accidents from happening. thank you *tr

I was driving in heavy traffic taking my wife to work. i was going about 15 to 20 mph because of morning rush hour traffic in chicago is heavy. i turned my head to answer my wife and being distracted i turned my head back and saw the big suv in front of me was stopped and i slammed on the brakes and slid into the rear of his suv. only a small ding and scratch i seen and my car had the bumper broken, hood bent up, crinkles in side fenders. even the police could not believe how the car was all damaged at that type speeds and no air bags deployed. anyway i was told probably i was going too slow and slid into the vehicle in front and maybe there is a certain force to make them blow off. i got a little over $5000 damage. like the car is as thin as a pop can and no air bags deployed. the body shop when they repair it is going to check the air bag system... i called nissan and they claim a supervisor will be calling me back in a few days... *tr
