Problems with 2016 Nissan Murano SEAT BELTS

Seat belt light off when passenger is in car. this happens on and of, i cannot predict when it happens. the passenger seat belt light is on indicating there is not no passenger on the seat when my daughter is sitting in it. this has happened with the car stationary and in motion. i've called the dealer and they said there was no recall for my vehicle with regards to this specific issue. it appears that i'm not the only one experiencing this issue. please have nissan fix this problem. thanks

Tl* the contact owns a 2016 nissan murano. while driving at any speed, the contact was unable to put on and fasten the seat belt. all of the seat belts failed to extend out enough to fasten. the contact also stated that he was unable to see passing vehicles through the side mirrors. the failures were not diagnosed. the manufacturer was made aware of the failures and stated that there were no defects. the failure mileage was approximately 500.
