Driver's side seat belt retractor known as a tensioner no longer functions. this creates a problem for the restraint system . the lap shoulder belt is loose and can cause injury. i contacted nissan about their written policy that they will pick up the charge to replace the unit for life. nissan told me that i was out of that warranty and would have to pay to get a new seat belt for $180.00. this is an outrage and the restraints are going out on many of them. i want nissan to fix at their expense. *tr
