Recently reported WHEELS problems on 2017 Nissan Juke

My 2017 awd juke has only 16,000 miles on it and already needs the front tires replaced. the back tires look almost new. i took it in to have the tires rotated and was told they are too worn to rotate and would need to buy 4 new tires. the other problem is the car would not start sometimes. it is push button start. i noticed the green key light flashing on the dash. after reading the manuel, i replaced the battery in the fob. that did not rectify the problem. the brake pedal will not engage to start the car. it is currently parked in the garage and i have no idea how we will be able to move it since it can not be put in gear without being turned on.
