Recently reported UNKNOWN OR OTHER problems on 2017 Nissan Juke

My traction light and brake light repeatedly have come on and remain on over the course of the last year but have not come up as part of any of the safety recalls that are affecting other nukes that were built during the same time period. in addition, my car makes a humming sound as if engaging the traction system at each stop. i've had the car serviced and the brakes changed but to no avail, the lights have returned a mere 3 weeks after getting new porcelain brakes and rotors installed. my car is still not part of the recall but i do believe there is indeed an issue with my brake and traction system and it is going to fail me at some point despite nissan not wanting to fix this.
