Problems with 2007 Nissan Frontier SERVICE BRAKES

I was told that my vehicle does not have a recall due to the vin but yet when i went on the safecar.gov website and the issue's that i am having with my truck is what is on the list. what i don't understand why the place that i get it repair will not honor this. i have the abs/vdc wheel speed sensor and the fuel gauge issues. *js

Many problems with my 2007 frontier. first my clutch went at about 65000 miles . have been driving stick all my life and never needed a clutch. the rear axel leaked and created a bad squeal and damaged my brake pads. my low tire pressure sensors went bad and my heater core went at 60000 miles. i am also getting an electrical smell inside the cabin. wow never had a vehicle have so much go wrong in less than 5 years. nissan dealer and nissan corporate both refused to accept responsibility of any defects. *tr

Both left and right axles seals failed causing gear oil to saturate the rear disc brake pads, rotor and emergency brake shoes. extreme decreased braking, which could have led to an accident. this is a true safety problem, which seems to be quite common with the frontier and titan pick-ups. *js

Leaky rear axle seals and or faulty parking brake can cause loss of property/life. *tr
