Recently reported VISIBILITY/WIPER problems on 2006 Nissan Frontier

I took my vehicle in for wiper repair and the technician attached a computer to the vehicle and the computer told him the wipers were functioning properly. the technician said he could not duplicate the problem, the technician did not turn the wipers on to visually see the problem and depended on the computer for a resolution. the switch was replaced ($500.00) but the problem remained. a body control module (bcm <$700.00 part>) was ordered prior to 25 nov 2012 and to date 9 mar 2013 has not been received. i have driven for 4 months of rain/snow season without proper wiper functioning. this has been unsafe for myself as well as my passengers as well as others on the road.[xxx] @ nissan consumer affairs has no eta for the part, no answer as to why the part is not available and does not know what will be done to compensate for the delay. *tr
