I received a recall notice for ball joints however no parts were available at the time to correct the problem. waited over a year and the ball joint let go so i was unable to drive my mazda. i took it to the repair shop and had it fixed. 3 months later i received a notice from mazda that the parts were in. i called mazda 3 times asking for a reimbursement as i had to pay out of my own pocket for a recall that they were unable to fix. i have not received any calls back. i would like to be compensated for my out of pocket costs to repair the ball joints.
