Tl* the contact owns a 2014 lincoln navigator. while driving various speeds, the vehicle downshifted intermittently without warning into first gear. the contact had to turn the vehicle off and back on for the vehicle to resume normal operation. the vehicle was taken to john wiese ford (203 10th st s, sauk centre, mn 56378, (888) 868-6561) where it was diagnosed that the lead frame was faulty and needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired. the contact referenced nhtsa campaign number: 19v075000 (power train), but the vin was not included. the manufacturer was made aware of the failure and provided case number: cas-24448826-j5n0k0. the manufacturer confirmed that there were no recalls. the failure mileage was approximately 90,000. *tt consumer stated in regards to safety recall 19s07 which does not include my vehicle because of manufacture dates. i have experienced the same safety issue downshifts as this recall but the manufacture date does not include my vehicle by 28 days. therefore lincoln will not cover the repair to correct the extreme safety issue. please include my repair info to my safety complaint oid no. 11266110. *jb
