The side wall on rear driver side tire failed at 3950 miles when tire warning came on my dashboard. the dealership told me that there is no tire warranty. i tried the lexus customer service. they asked me to upload tire change information since i had already changed my tires at local tire shop. then the case manager shut down the complaint with the same explanation that factory tires don't carry any warranty.
