Tl* the contact owns a 2019 land rover discovery. while driving various speeds, the vehicle lost power and/or failed to accelerate. in addition, the check engine and coolant warning indicators illuminated. the vehicle was taken to land rover carlsbad (5550 paseo del norte, carlsbad, ca 92008, (760) 494-5600) where it was diagnosed that the fuel ignition and spark plugs needed to be replaced. the vehicle was repaired; however, the failure recurred. the manufacturer was contacted and provided case number: 8000662736. the contact requested the manufacturer buy back the vehicle. the failure mileage was 6,000.
Bought car last may, 2019, and within four months was back and forth to the dealership for repairs. water got inside my vehicle from the front windshield with water everywhere inside, including the dashboard, screen and main console. dealership said it was from the window recalls, but mine never was recalled. they said the seals where faulty. faulty engine o2 sensor (three faulty codes) right when i was driving back from my windshield repair. turned around and dropped car back off. camera system fault message was on the screen. they claim nothing was wrong. this was after water got into my car. basically, i'm just waiting for the next thing to happen with my car with so much water getting inside the cabin and main console area. dealership said they can do nothing about it as everything is working now. vehicle was sitting outside when water got inside. when other items happened, i was driving. these happened on june of 2019, september of 2019 and november 0f 2019.
