Recently reported TIRES problems on 2006 Jeep Liberty

Due to a manufacturing error of a tire, i had a blowout on the interstate that ended up totaling my car. the tread completely split from the tire while driving at 70 mph. luckily, i was able to pull to the shoulder without any collisions or damage to myself or others. the blowout ripped off pieces of the front bumper, some siding of the car, and caused huge cosmetic damage in addition to wrecking the frame and causing some internal damage, including a leak of wiper fluid. my car was a 2006 jeep liberty (with 60,000 miles) and the tire was a goodyear wrangler st tire with dot # m671 eker. (there was no set of numbers following the eker as on most tires, just a blank space.)

Placed goodyear wrangler tire (dot# mk87 fowr 3305) on back of vehicle to act as spare (approx 13000 miles on tire) 2011/ placed tire on passenger side front of vehicle early april of 2012. on may 11, began to travel from montgomery, al to fairhope, al. approx. 100 miles into trip (200 yards south of mile marker 81) incident occurred. there was tread separation from tire while driving on interstate-65. peeling tread ripped apart/off wheel well liner, fender, running board, etc. resulting debris almost caused a major collision between myself and a commercial 18-wheeler. defective tires tread separation looks very similar to photos of damaged goodyear wrangler silent armor tires, the same tire line that was recalled feb, 2012. this tire is also a goodyear wrangler tire with identical failures as those recalled. *tr

I purchased 4 goodyear tires in oct 2006,i have a 2006 jeep liberty sport,i have less than 15,000 miles on these tires,i was told by the goodyear store manager that these tires are prematurely wearing, i ask what could be done to satisfy this and was told in a letter by goodyear that i would have to bring in the jeep and all 4 tires would have to be removed from the jeep and be sent to goodyear for further evaluation, i asked how am i going to get my jeep home and i was told that i would have to purchase tires, i explained that i am a disabled veteran and i couldn't afford to just pick up and buy 4 new tires, i am only asking for replacement tires. *tr

My client, pablo e. coelho, bought a jeep liberty sport 4x4 in argentina for the sum of usd 40,000 and had several problems. finally the seller change it for a new jeep last year. with the new jeep we are experiencing more problems than with the first one and there are more than three recalls incomplete and the seller is not giving us any notice of them neither any solutions to all these problems. the last recall is described as a safety recall and it is stating that the blower motor may overheat and cause an interior fire. this jeep is not safe to drive and i do not want to have my client nor any third party injured. i will really appreciate if you can help me to have this solved asap.
