My vehicle was in motion on a city street traveling 40 miles per hour and i collided head on with another vehicle without braking. the airbags did not deploy and because of that i sustained serious injuries; sever concussion, 3 broken vertabrae, and torn ligaments and tendons in my right ankle (driving foot). if the airbags had deployed i would not have suffered the injuries i did, this is a brand new car/model and i believe there is a defect in the frontal airbag sensor component.
The rear tailpipes protrude beyond the rear bumper cover which causes burns when loading/unloading cargo from the rear compartment. there is a tendency to lean against the rear cover when loading/unloading cargo thus coming into contact with the tailpipes. vehicle was stationary, parked and recently tuned off.
Since i purchased this car in june 2017 the electrical system and brake continue to fail the car has been in dealer service since sept 15. jaguar seems to think its no big deal. the car just completely installs with no warning putting my self and other people 's lives at risk. this is a huge safety flaw.i have videos but system will not let me attach.
