I just learned this week that my infiniti q50 has been determined to be one of the three vehicles most vulnerable to automated hacking, along with the jeep cherokee and the cadillac escalade. consequently, chrysler recalled 1/4 million jeep cherokees in order to patch their software to prevent hackers from taking remote control of these vehicles. i attempted to contact infiniti and they refuse to acknowledge that there is even a problem, let alone that they are working on a patch of their own. i want to know what the nhtsa is going to do about this, as opposed to waiting until someone is killed before acting. hurrah for chrysler!
