This car has 55,000 miles and is well maintained. commuting to work the steering partially seized at an intersection negotiating a right turn. the steering growls at low engine speed and is very difficult to steer. the repair shop called the infiniti dealer for a power steering pump. no new or reconditioned pumps are available and 30 pumps are on back order. major aftermarket part suppliers are also out of stock. this looks like a major failure. there is no recall on this issue.
