High Mounted Stop Lamp Replacement
- Open the liftgate.
- Remove the lamp cover from the lamp assembly with a cross-tip screwdriver.
- Remove the socket from the assembly by turning the socket counterclockwise until the tabs on the socket align with the slots on the assembly.
- Remove the bulb by pulling it straight out.
- Insert a new bulb in the socket.
- Reinstall the light assembly to the body of the vehicle.
