The airbag light acting weird for couple days and then went off complete, and they have a sound very clear on suspicion the front and the driver side , and the head lights the driver side always been disconnected they have power electric issue
1) i have occasional "check airbags" message popping up on the dashboard, which disappear after turning off/back on. it may happen while i am riding or when setting the gear to park and unplugging the seatbelt. consumer reports shows that there was a recall declared on airbags back on august 1, 2005 shortly after i bought this car on may, 2005. american honda said that there is no recall on airbags. i would still drive this car and by that reason decided contact nhtds. 2) rust on the body of the car above the rear right wheel is getting deeper. i have seen exactly the same spot rusted on other odysseys made in 2005 or later, when driving.
Power steering does not work under 1000 rpms. passenger airbag is not functioning.
Car will only run from 3 to 8 days. then has to jumped off. new battery. alternator and battery checked no problem. i think it might be the fuse boxes or something electrical.vehicle is stationary.
The air bag light is on and can't find out why. it comes on when someone leaves or enters the car and does when car is turned on and stays on after the lights are done from starting
Airbag warning light intermittently going on and off. it started august 4, 2017 while driving home. most of the time its off. its been on thursday afternoon while driving home from work. this morning on the way to work it lit on and again going home from work its on.
Takata recall. my honda van has the airbag warning light intermittently on. most days, it is not lit, but for instance, driving today, i got the light. van has never been in an accident and is still the original factory installed equipment. airbags don't fail unless it is faulty manufacturer such as part of takata recall. honda van recall is limited to 2004 but i think 2005 can also be affected.

The airbag light (srs) is staying on intermittently, most often after it sits oversits overnight. this occurs when turning on the vehicle. sometimes it stays on, sometimes it turns off. honda was notified of this problem after taking to the dealer and being notified that the srs module may require replacement at a cost over $750.00

Tl* takata recall. the contact owns a 2005 honda odyssey. the contact was not experiencing a failure until it was repaired per nhtsa campaign number: 05v344000 (air bags). shortly after the dealer's repair, the air bag light remained illuminated. the vehicle was to be taken back to the dealer for further inspection to determine the cause of the failure. the contact was awaiting instructions from the manufacturer to determine if the dealer would be able to repair the condition. the approximate failure mileage was 115,000.
