Driver's side seat back failed. no unusual stress was on seat back, but either joint broke, or bar connecting seat back to joint broke. *jb

During a rear-end crash at 40 mph, passenger seat literally broke in half and landed on a child in the back seat (who was 5-point restrained correctly in an approved car seat with tether), causing a leg and head injury, as well as a neck injury to the person in the passenger seat. there was no impact on the passenger side of the vehicle. we have photos of the broken clip and totaled car if you need them.*ak

Vehicle was rear ended and pushed into traffic and hit by a truck, upon impact the seatbelt strap webbing broke, causing a broke collar bone and injury to right hand. seat latch also failed causing the seat back to collapse. nlm

Consumer sat in seat to adjust it, leaned back and the right side of the seat snapped, the steel bracket in upper portion of seat broke, consumer has no support in back . *ak

Headrest unadjustable, also its position interferes with drivers ability to see out of rear windows. *dh
