Problems with 2011 Honda Accord SERVICE BRAKES

On average, the 2011 Honda Accord starts to “feel” problems with the SERVICE BRAKES and its various aspects after 32 532 miles.

Recently reported SERVICE BRAKES problems on 2011 Honda Accord

I have spent over $2500 in brakes over the past 2 years and this time when purchasing new tires for my car, i was told it needed front and back brakes again!!! i did not put them on the car this time as my budget was exceeded with the tires. now, it needs a catalytic converter which i will need in order to pass inspection. i am ready to give this car back to the dealer in which i got it from!!!!

I contacted to honda dealer near my place today regarding the recall for the airbag. they did not know when they will have the parts and refused to provide a rental car. honda told me not to allow anyone seat on the passenger side when i asked them a temporary remedy because i do not want to risk any life of my family. it did not make sense that i can not take more than 4 people including myself.

For the past two and half years, i have had to replace my brakes at almose every oil change. this time, it has only been about 6 weeks since they have been replaced

While traveling on the highway, i noticed excessive vibration on braking. i took the car to the honda dealer and was informed that the front rotors were warped. this was the second time i had this occurred in this car. at approximately 18,000 miles i had the same situation. honda resurfaced the rotors and this problem disappeared. honda is refusing to change the rotors. this is a safety and manufacturing defect that honda should recall. please attend to this matter urgently. *tr

Left front break fills like it's not breaking properly, makes a noise when breaking at all times slow or fast .i have call honda for this issue and see if more people have complain about this and they said no one else had.i hope no one else has the same problem but if they do so honda can do a recall to fixed the problem

As i was completing a left hand turn, i applied pressure to the brake and my car began to accelerate despite my foot being firmly applied to the brake. i continued to maintain pressure to the brake yet the car continued to accelerate where i hit an embankment / tree, i steered the car back onto the road and turned off the ignition. i contacted honda though was given a report indicating that there weren't any diagnostic codes & the honda factory engineer drove the car 5 to 6 miles without acceleration issues. i'm greatly concerned because i drove the car for over 13,000 miles prior to this without having acceleration problems and i've read roughly 18 other complaints with the 2011 accord on this site citing various acceleration problems! just seems to me there should be something more i should be able to do, but i can't afford to just walk away from the car! *tr

brake rotors are warped and cause you to lose control in curves and wet or low traction conditions. *tr
