I have received three airbag safety recall notices 18s01 with hone number 866-436-7332 & 866-436-7332 but when i call they do not recognize the recall number so am not able to schedule an appointment. my second problem is i live in alaska on an island the nearest ford dealer is 300 miles by ferry it takes about 14 hours one way to get to a dealer for repairs. even if i get approval it would cost at least $1000. for ferry ticket for the car and driver, hotel, food to get to juneau. i would appricate a reply on the raecall issue from you.

Takata nhtsa recall 16v-384. jim hudson ford in lexington sc states that parts have been on order over a month and still not received. ford motor company notified me the first part of april that parts were available and schedule repair. i have tried over a month now to get repaired, at least once weekly i call, and am told "no parts". any assistance in this parts problem would be greatly appreciated.
Takata recall - manufacturer recall number16s26 nhtsa recall number16v384 the manufacturer has failed to remedy this safety recall for my vehicle in a timely manner. please see copies of attached communications with dealership handling the recall. i've never received a response to any of my complaints and my airbag still has not been replaced. i would appreciate an update regarding this investigation.

Takata recall...i started getting letters from ford addressing the recall as it pertained to my ford in july of 2016. i have received two subsequent letters from them stating to come in immediately to get the car repaired. in both cases they told me there were no parts available to fix my truck. the latest letter, april 2018 again said that parts were available and to bring my truck in for repair. i have called both galpin ford and sunrise ford and they claim they do not have the parts and there is no eta for their arrival. in the mean ime anyone travelling in the passenger seat of my truck is in danger. ford should be criminally and civilly liable for this situation. their website states they do not offer loaner cars relating to this recall

The ford ranger has been issued a no drive notice by ntsb anf i have not received a notice from ford to get the takata air bags replaced. when should i receive the notice for replacement?
