My 2001 ford ranger rear safety lights (tail lights, brake lights, and turn signals) will only work when my tilt steering wheel is in the full up right position. i can drive the vehicle in this condition even though it is a little uncomfortable. my wife must place the tilt wheel in a lower position to drive. since there are no rear safety lights when the steering wheel is in this position she cannot drive the vehicle safely. *kb
