I financed my car brand new oct 31, 2009, a week later i took it in to dealer because there was rust covering the whole under side. ford sent me away & said this was normal. around dec 2009 there was a loud noise & felt like the engine had literally dropped to the ground. never happened again. the gas also sometimes pauses to accelerate & suddenly jumps forward skipping a gear & jerks the car. passenger airbag panel is partially open & when i push on it, i hear crinkling & it pops back open. the easy fill gas feature allows gas to leak out causing a ring of gas to form below the opening on the exterior panel. i'm so unhappy with these issues i'm here for help. *tr
