The complaint filed by phone on 9/15/21 id #10763956 included important facts that are not showing on your web page. the damage to the electronic module was caused by the water leak as referenced in ford's tsb 08-26-7 and i also filed complaint with ford consumer relation since they offered no relief. i was unaware of this issue and consequence but, i'm now finding it's nothing new for owners as well as the auto industry that this is a problem with mustangs '05-'09 and the resulting damage to the generic electronic module happens often.
