Tl* the contact owns a 2001 ford mustang. while driving at low speeds, another vehicle crashed into the front driver side of the contact's vehicle. during the incident the back of the driver seat fractured. as a result, the driver sustained a bruised hip that did not require medical attention. a police report was not filed. the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. the manufacturer was not notified of the failure. the failure mileage was 155,283.

While the consumer sat in the drivers seat the drivers chest somehow hit the automatic seat adjustment button and caused the driver to become pinned between the steering column and the drivers seat. *nlm

While at a stop consumer's vehicle was rear-ended, and it caused passenger's seat to fully recline, trapping passenger in the rear seat. dealer notified.

Consumer was involved in a collision. was hit from the rear by another vehicle travelling 40mph. both driver's and passenger's seats snapped all the way back to the reclined position.*akjlg

Vehicle was rearended and front driver's side seat broke and fell backwards. bracket that holds seat broke. when seat fell backward it injured a child in back seat. damage was on right rear side of vehicle. had not contacted dealer. *ak

Drivers seat broke while adjusting height. the seat would rock back and forth. creaking noise from left rear quarter panel was told by service advisor that a weld in the unibody hand failed.*ak

While driving, drivers seat broke. some bolts under the seat broke causing drivers seat to rock back while driving. i have to pull on the steering wheel to keep the seat from moving back while driving.*ak
