Tires that were purchased feb 2004 with 25/30 k on them dry-rotted to the point they could not be balanced and were a safety issue. original tires were goodyear american eagle gt size p225/5516bw.. these tires were not parked on anything that could cause a moisture issue and they were never cleaned without proper cleaning materials. *nm

While driving 45 mph front passenger side tire blew out. no impact reported. *ak

While driving at 60 mph valve stem malfuntioned, causing tires to lose pressure. dlt # be8rk1110301, oringinal tire.*ak consumer stated that two additional valve stems were also found faulty and the fourth tire had problems due to incorrect mounting. *yh

While driving 45-50 mph, passenger rear tire disintegrated from vehicle, however consumer was able to pull to the side of the road. goodyear inspected tire and advised there was a small puncture which caused tire to lose pressure and disintegrate. consumer's family member suffered back injuries as a result of the accident. consumer is very concerned about the safety of the 3 remaining tires because window sticker stated vehicle should have 16 inch tires, but this vehicle has 17 inch tires. tire size 245/445zr17/original tires/tire mileage-5300mi/dot number m68rfc2r4700. *ak *tt

Right front tire experienced a blowout while traveling at highway speed of 60 mph, with only driver in a 2001, ford, mustang; original equipment, tire size p205/65r15, dot# unavailable. goodyear was not contacted at this time.*ak *jb
